Sos tiram 3 tbsp / oyster sauce 3 tbsp
Rempah kari daging 1 tbsp / meat curry powder 1 tbsp
Gula 1 tbsp / sugar 1 tbsp
Kicap pekat 1 tsp / thick soy sauce 1 tsp
Air 1/2 cawan / water 1/2cup
Bawang putih 2 ulas / garlic 2 nos
Cili padi 5 biji / bird eye chilli 5 nos
Daun kari 2 tangkai / curry leaf 2 stalk
Udang kering 1 tsp / dried shrimp 1 tsp
Kepah 300 gm / clam 300 gm
