Carlos has been an inspiration to so many for his total joy of vocal sound. heaven has gained an Angel. Il are a group of voices that have brought total joy to millions, of which I am just one. But, Carlos is a man that lives sound, lives vocal perfection naturally. his performance holds natural quality, rich in tone, perfect in tone and timing. I only met IlDevoe and of course fell in love with the group in December '21. Then I learned of Carlos Marlin dying of COVID-19 while I was watching him singing in concerts in real life. I loved his smiling face, seeing him happy in his Mexico apt. And much much more. My heart already has holes, but now I've got a bigger one. And it hurts. I'm 87 but I must have fallen in love with Carlos. I can't stop crying since I heard. Heavenly peace, Carlos.

My heart is breaking for the untimely death of Carlos Marin. Until now i still can't believe he's gone already. The world lost one of the most wonderful and amazing baritone voice. He's my only favorite singer and constantly following them on youtube. Amazingly, the group has a perfect and blended voices. I will never forget you Carlos Marin, as i'ved expressed that a month before your death..rest in peace...

I have listened to the new group in concert and there is Simply No Replacing that special man. Perfect tone, pitch and charisma. His voice was like butter....so smooth. The New Baritone is very raspy & lacks the charisma for the ladies totally. Love you ❤ Carlos.... there will NEVER be another. ❤❤❤

Having discovered ILDivo about a year ago, I just recently decided Carlos was my favorite, He was so Handsomre warm, and Charismatic, I was drawn to him,and was desperate to find out more about him,I started researching him on iTunes, and found out he had been singing since a very young man, and was enjoying listening to him, and his partners ! suddenly

The "timeless" tour/Blu-ray is absolutely amazing, & then although vaccinated, Carlos died of the Delta variant. My incredible late Mom introduced me to Il Divo many years ago, & I've LOVED them ever since! It's strange, but as I watch previous CD's, concerts, etc, I kind of imagine he's still there...with his phenomenal voice!
