I love this video! This is a very useful insight into a feature I didn’t know had as much power to help promote content! As well, I loved how you bring light to the level of connectivity newsletters bring to the table and how specifically LinkedIn newsletters go above and beyond regular posts, helping to deliver content in an extremely palatable manner while still being engaging!
@@DelawareShoutOut I'm thinking through my objectives, strategy, and content ideas before pulling the trigger but will be launching my LinkedIn newsletter very shortly - thanks to you!
ONLY FIRST Article gets sent out to ALL of your profile connections - correct . . . ONLY subscribes to the newsletter will receive notification of NEW publications? Just seeking clarity to confirm if I understand the distribution properly . Thank you for this amazing concise video on this topic it is helpful 👍
Thanks for asking! Your followers are invited to subscribe once you publish your first article, and I think once they subscribe, they're notified of that first article you published. (I say I "think" because it's been awhile!) But what is for sure is that only subscribers will get an email notification of subsequent articles. I hope that helps! I'm loving the whole newsletter thing and I hope you give it a try!
Thanks for asking! Do you have Creator Mode turned on? That's a requirement. Also, I looked it up, and you need to have created a post sometime in the last 3 months.
@@AdrielPR22 Thanks for the speedy reply! I looked into it some more, and LinkedIn is changing things up with the newsletter. For those in Creator Mode who don't have a newsletter yet, it looks like the newsletter is a feature that is being re-rolled out (current newsletter authors are already grandfathered in). I'm not sure why LinkedIn is doing this, but this should explain it. Hopefully in the next few weeks you'll have access to it (again)!
@@DelawareShoutOut thank u so much! I was a little frustrated because I wasn’t sure why it wasn’t giving me the option lol but I’ll wait it out and hopefully soon I’ll have the option for the newsletter 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽💪🏽
Thanks for asking, Sara! You're publishing one article at a time to be distributed, but at any time, people can view your entire newsletter and see all your articles in reverse chronological order, just like you see in a website blog. If you go to my LinkedIn profile ("Brooke (Grubb) Miles") and click on my newsletter in the Featured section, you'll see what I mean. I hope that helps!
That's a great question! While I haven't tried this myself, I believe if you create a newsletter through your company page (instead of through your personal profile), anyone who is a super admin or content admin of the company page would have access to the newsletter. I hope that helps!
Hey guys! Once you start your LinkedIn newsletter, let me know what sort of results you get! And thanks for watching! 😀
Clearly explained. Our Long form articles will follow your instructions.
Thanks, Bob! Yes, with all your original content, you'll benefit from putting it through the newsletter.
Brooke - I'm really learning a lot from your teachings on LinkedIn - thank you for all the content you share.
You’re so welcome, Johan! I appreciate all your kind words (and encouragement)!
Super-helpful, especially the demo part - thanks much. 👏🏽

@@DelawareShoutOut thank you 🤗
A newsletter looks like a fabulous idea for authors. You could cut and paste from your books......
Exactly! When you work hard creating your content, you might as well repurpose it!
this was helpful, thank you!
I'm glad you liked it! LinkedIn newsletters have been a game-changer for me!
Really good, thanks!
You‘re very welcome! 😊
I don’t have the option to create a newsletter 😪😪 do u know why this could be??

@@DelawareShoutOut yes I’ve created several posts and have creator mode on as well

When creating a newsletter, is it just the article your posting going to be in it? Or do you add more to your newsletter? Thank you

I am so going to do this. Of course I'll need a little help from Delaware ShoutOut. 👍
Totally! You have a lot of great content to share.
Great job Brooke :-)
Thanks again, and Happy New Year!
how to give access in LinkedIn newsletter to my team ? So they also can post on that ?
