Do you tend to stand up all the time mate? Or do you try and sit as much as you can? Great vid btw!

I come from a trials and mx/enduro background so tend to stand up quite a lot as it feels more natural.The little crf is a bit cramped and for me it hasn’t got a comfortable standing position so I do find myself sitting a bit more than on other bikes.

The standard gearing seems just fine for me,any lower and first would be redundant
