The sound is a bit different at 0:37 than how it was in 1995 & 1996.
The 1995 one is from Eyewitness News by Gari Music, so you know why it sounded smiliar from some ABC owned stations back then

The 1995-97 intros looked like they're designed by an American ident production company.
CME have good relations with the US. No wonder why the soundtrack for '95-'98 is from WABC
