The best case scenario is, if someone comes along and buys out ADOR and separates from HYBE.
Haerin actually sounds like a textbook learner and didn't practice much the talking part. Compared to Hyein who is confident to talk in English. Haerin is the type to think too much so I hope she overcome that and have confident on everything. And I know she can do that seeing how she has improved in everything compared to when they debuted.

Some more international touring and another year or two living with Hanni, Dani, and Minji, and her English will be effectively fluent. When you live with two native speakers of a language and another who is fluent you are in a bit of an immersion class daily. You can see that she's maybe reaching for the right word or the correct grammar, but she has the basics down pretty solid. It's mostly a matter of expanding her vocabulary and practice at this point.
