I have admired the Angel's Trumpet for about 25 years. After discovering how toxic they are, I chose not to grow them. I see them frequently in another garden on my travel route when they are in season. I still enjoyed this video. Even their seed pods are pretty. (Bertha S.)
Hi sorry for late response. With Canna seed try soaking them in warm water for 48 hours as the shell is tough. By soaking them you will soften the shell and making it easier to germinate. Yes please do keep me updated and happy gardening.
I have these but my seed pods don't have seeds like yours. Mine has a pod with a 'string' that hangs out and only seem to have one seed up at the top of the string where it grows from the pod. Is this just another type or am I not waiting long enough for the pod to ripen?
Hi thanks for sharing. With the Trumpet, leave the seed pod attached to the plant and then wait for the seed pod to dry and turn brown in colour. Then you can harvest the seeds.
For a long time I assumed that the Angels Trumpet does not produce seed pods. Then one afternoon I looked up at the plant and noticed the pod. The seed pod evolves from the flower.
Brugmansia fait partie de la famille des tomates. Donc au début on donne du 20-20-20 et du 15-30-15 mais une fois mature, donnez de l’engrais à tomates! Bonne culture. Votre vidéo est intéressante et très bien montée. Félicitations.
Thank you for sharing! I've collected some Brugmansia seed pods, and now I know what to do!

I've grown burgmansia (?) for years, but I've never had one seed for me.
