It must have been hard leaving Quincy but you are very lucky to have your mom to look after her. one day at a time
I would suggest leaving whomever regularly keeps Quincy, diapers, wipes, baby food, and a spare outfit. Both of my children, went to a babysitter and I just bought an extra case of each, so I didn’t have to pack a diaper bag each day. So much more convenient and gives you extra time to relax before work. She’s beautiful and enjoy her!

Crazy that the US has short mat leave. In Canada if you have enough work hours you get option for 12 to 18 months of mat leave.

I’m a nurse and I have my first 12 hour shift back at work tomorrow. Leaving my 4 month old son with my mom. Excited and definitely sad❤️ 😢

Kudos on an awesome supply! I’m sure someone has already said this but try to find a spot in your freezer to lay your bags flat to freeze so they take up less space. Then once they’re solid you can line them up side by side like a stack of books!

Wow this video took me back 42 years ago when my daughter was 7 wks old and I went back to work ! I got to work and cried, but I needed to work and my Mom also kept my Suzanne. But boy did I miss her. It's so hard. Quincy is such a cutie.

So sad that such a young baby has to be separated from the mom because they have to go back to work so early. The US needs to get on the 1 yr paid maternity leave bandwagon like other countries.

You should freeze your milk flat so you have more room in your freezer . It also helps thaw the milk a lot faster

Great video! You may want to try to freeze the milk bags flat in the future, they’ll stack up better :) of course do whatever works best for you, just wasn’t sure if you had heard of this before
Quincy is absolutely adorable. I still remember how I felt going back to work after my first baby was born. Very hard. My granddaughter just had her first baby in June and was so sad when she returned to work.

Is crazy that maternity leave in the USA is so short!! 😱. I can’t imagine leaving my baby so small that was a reason why i move . Now i leave in a coutry where i can stay with my baby for a year or more if need. Good luck 🍀

@@lupsy54 I think the question is more so how she got to this job… the last few years on this channel she’s been working in the ER at a hospital and she never really said anything about how she left that and started doing injections
