Thank you for your reaction to LOVEBITES. Very nice feedback. Thank you for your continued support of LOVEBITES. This is their synchronized solo performance that highlights M&M's tight playing that would make most guitarists surrender.
I still get chills listening to this song, it has chunky riffs as well as galloping riffs, so reminiscent of the old Metallica and Megadeth. I think doing what you have in mind would be a first from any reactor and an excellent idea. I truly hope you can get it done buddy.

Another one that's in my top ten for sure...Love it! I will enjoy your take on breaking down their music into more digestible parts.....just remember that according to their interview in 2018 with J-MELO, Miyako talks about how she writes music in the Pentatonic Scale (which apparently Japanese people resonate better with) and then works to fit the English lyrics in). BTW, that short interview is worth checking out (if only on your own ), may help to understand the band even a bit better!🤘
With her workload I expect Haruna was warm enough so the addition of the pyro may not have been so welcome by her. But it made for great visuals and damn didn't it go well with this brilliant song. 😊
Knowing your soft spot for the harder stuff, I can't wait for your eventual "Break the Wall" reaction. 🐺🤘🔥 (edited for correction: I totally forgot that I have watched both "Break the Wall" reactions from RC) 😂

Another great reaction, thank you! Btw., are you focused on rock and metal only or open to an audacious look at funk and jazz? In the latter case, I would like to draw your attention to Juna Serita, a female sax and mainly outstanding bass player from Tokyo. A good start might be: -- What is hip ? They are LOVEBITES and need no explanation, but sadly still require introduction to the heavy metal community. They are the best to do it EVER. My subjective opinion obviously. Here's the thing, when i think of the great metal bands, I think of the 80s. 99% of those bands were / are pigeonholed to specific gehres. Not Lovebites and that's the beauty. Perfect example: Battle Against Damnation and Glory Glory To The World EPs...sound nothing alike. BAD is thrash and straight heavy metal wheras GGTTW is more progressive speed metal, GTTW being the exception, more speed power metal. But these EPs weren't experiments, THEY CAN AND THEY DO PLAY ANYTHING. Just not growls / harsh vocals thankfully! Breaking down Lovebites songs would be terrific! Great reaction! 🤘
Absolutely! Typically they are playing variations of what the other is doing whether it's rhythm or lead work. There's little point in having two guitars if they are simply doing the same thing. So, to "split" the guitars does not split the channels but plays the actual recorded track of each guitar separately. That way one can be muted while they other plays whether it's in one channel or the other.
So you can split the channels first and feed them to the AI tool separately? I listened to some parts of some songs more closely, and there usually seem to be very faint residues of Midori's and Miyako's parts on the "other" channel, but any useful AI should filter that out, I would hope...@@RockCandy-ix3nn
@@ths_mk So, that's the very problem with the A.I. software - if you have 2 guitars it isolates them together. I so far haven't found a way to isolate each guitar. This is because the A.I. "creates" a Stem by recognizing the differences between the instruments (guitar from drums from keyboards for example). That's why I'm not sure If I'm going to pay 35 a month for the A.I. The machine that does this (like what Rick Beato has) takes the Master copy and splits out the tracks so that each guitarist's part is separated. I would like to be able to split the guitars but that machine is like thousands of dollars. lol BTW, the "other" guitarist you hear may well be the one you're listening to. This is "bleed over" from the Control room picking up the actual performance on mics in there and then there is lag time from the playing to the play back so it can sound like another performance. The most egregious example of this is near the end of "Whole Lotta Love" by Led Zepplin. The voice you hear in the distance is Plant actually singing the part and then the loud recording is the same voice after being laid on tape. If Miyako and Midorii are playing simultaneously (not usual these days in a studio setting) then they would be isolated from each other, but, they would still be recorded on separate tracks. Hope this helps.
My proposal was to take the audio from the video, split left and right channel, and feed it to the AI software separately. Since each stereo channel has almost exclusively one guitar instead of both mixed in, there might be a chance this might work. It's not "bleed over" from the same guitar, since I especially sought out solo sections (from live videos) where it is absolutely clear who plays what...@@RockCandy-ix3nn

LOVEBITES - Set The World On Fire lyrics:
The blue moon colors the blaze
Stabbing myself with the thunder
The predetermined imitation
An emotionless and a fearless smile
Flowing blood and crimson blade
Devastated resolution
Heat haze is waving far away
Who’s going to be sacrificed?
ON FIRE
Just like a falling flower
ON FIRE
Until this body rots away
Burning down to the Gates of Hell
Distorted madness is sneering
Incompetent, cowardly fools
A pitiful and painful punishment
It’s you who will be sacrificed
ON FIRE
Dressed in an armor of steel
ON FIRE
If I’m burned again and again
I’ll rise up from the Gates of Hell
SOLO: midori / miyako / both
The blue moon colors blaze
Stabbing myself with the thunder
The predetermined imitation
An emotionless and fearless smile
SOLO: miyako
Flowing blood and crimson blade
Devastated resolution
Heat haze is waving far away
Who’s going to be sacrificed?
ON FIRE
Just like a falling flower
ON FIRE
Until this body rots away
Burning down to the Gates of Hell
