Stell is at times perceived as flirtatious when he does things like this, but I don't think it's true all the time. It's not because of a specific person he's talking to. He's just like that, just Stell being himself, a gentleman, (esp to elderly, women & kids) friendly and that is his way of breaking the ice. And in situations like the boys have to meet somebody they're not familiar with, Stell usually takes the lead coz he's the most extroverted.
Thank you Hurraira for your love & support for them. I always look forward to your RVs.❤️

Nose Bleed is a filipino slang when filipinos have to speak in English. Filipinos can speak english, but it's still a huge effort to speak it since English is our second language.

Before Mahalima, I was a huge fan and subscriber of Jessica. Actually, it was this vlog and their collab that made me curious about Mahalima last year cause they were hilarious. Then, I got into their music, and became and A'TIN around "Bulan" release. And Jessica and I have the same birthday! So it's like them singing Happy Birthday to me too 🤪

4:32 “Balut” is a street food from an ‘incubated’ egg of a duck. It’s just a boiled, duckling egg, basically. The ones being sold are either 15-day or 21-day old eggs. In the 21-day old Balut, a duckling is already recognizable when you ‘peel’ the shells.
When i have cravings for Balut, I actually go for the ‘younger eggs’ because yes, like you, i don’t like to eat something that already has feathers and beak. 😵‍💫
    But it’s really yummy. Promise!
Especially when you add spicy vinegar in it! Ahhhh! Very satisfying!

      @@HurrairaJamal nope it's not.
the yolk texture is similar to just a regular boiled egg (sometimes a bit gooey) but more tasty
      .
there's a hard white stuff we call "bato" literally rock/stone haha
      no significant taste
      .
the underdeveloped chick inside tastes same as the liquid, tastes like chicken broth
depending on the age, some balut have a more developed chick, and that's something I don't eat
like it's almost all chick, ready to hatch haha
      .
      like the liquid best
      .
some put vinegar, chili on balut
but I like just to put a bit of salt on it

Not a fan of McDonald's tbh, or any fast food, but if Stell is still a crew,, i'll definitely be there regularly. lol.
Manila was really beautiful before it was heavily damaged during the Battle of Manila, WW2. I believe Intramuros is still continiously under rehabilitation..the only lone survivor of the war is the oldest church in Manila, the San Agustin Church.

Hurraira, Balut or bah-looot is a fertilized developing egg embryo ( duck) that is boiled or steamed and eaten from the shell. It is commonly sold as street food most notably in the Philippines.

Jessica's channel has very good series like Paborito which focuses on non-chain food establishments in the Philippines & only through asking locals in the area for their recommendations.
Her Trabaho series meanwhile is of her trying out different jobs in the Philippines for a day. Most of them manual labor.
Its a very enlightening channel! And she speaks English for the most part! Definitely a recommended channel if you want to learn more about the Philippines. Its grounded & apolitical as opposed to most local vlogging content.

Balut is a Filipino delicacy. It's a fertilized duck egg where there's an duck embryo inside. Not all Filipinos can eat it as it is an acquired taste but it is so delicious with spicy vinegar. I can't recall if you have watched their Zamboanga vlog. They went to a night market by the seaside where there are plenty of Balut vendors and they sat on small chairs eating Balut. But you are only supposed to eat 2 at a time since it's very high in cholesterol and it might give you a high blood pressure. When foreigners come to the Philippines, this is their baptism on fire. Hahahahaha!!!

This was the content where MANG INASAL (the chicken BBQ restaurant with unlimited rice promo) trended because that clip where Stell declared he gobbled up 16 cups of rice went viral. It looks like it was the record (at least, the declared one) and that MANG INASAL got a free promotion because of it and it also trended on twitter. They ended up sending Stell meals as appreciation and there was an uproar of A'tin wanting Stell as their official endorser but didn't materialize (coz they already have a brand ambassador). But MANG INASAL eventually won a prestigious award for marketing because of that Stell viral clip but they didn't even acknowledge him in their tweet (perhaps due to conflict because SB19 was an endorser of another fastfood chain and even Dunkin).

'Nose bleed' is a colloquial term used by filipinos when we're exhausted speaking in English. Signifying that there is some type of brain overload because of the constant barrage of speaking in english. Usually used as a joke.

Nose Bleed (or bleeding) as you heard it from Stell -- (nonstandard, informal) To struggle with English or to struggle to keep up conversation with an English speaker. (nonstandard, informal) To tackle an idea or argument that is viewed too intellectual for one's own capabilities.
