If a person take me to Court based on something the two of us have discussed and I told that person I have done exactly what you asked me to do and also provide evidence on that effect. Then the person went back to take you to court saying you have not done anything based on device he gave you

Does the Supreme Court have power to stop another arm from carrying out its constitutionally mandated duty? Where will they be drawing that power from? At the least the process should not be truncated, the president can refuse to accent anyway.
