    nothing says thanksgiving in japan like a chocolate turkey, haha. where were you and all the other jets at? a persons house? it was so huge!

      We were at the storefront space of a man we know in town! A bit of an Inaka community benefit - he lets us use the space for get-togethers :)

    I absolutely love your sense of humor! -- Great tip about the toothpaste! // Also, just a random question: How much does a package of that size cost from the U.S. to Japan? {Not sure if it was a medium or large flat-rate}. Also, how much does it cost for a package of that size to be sent from Japan to the U.S.?

      oh this would be really good information to know, I think it's probably around $60? but, thats a guess lol

      It really depends on how big/heavy your package is. Yamato Transport (AKA Kuronekko) has rates online for international shipping:www.kuronekoyamato.co.jp/en/personal/international/itn_taqbin/index2.html I sent a box of Christmas gifts home to my family that was bigger than the box I received in this video, but not much heavier. I sent it through Japan Post for about 7,000 yen / $62.00
