It is a stunner of a home. I could so see myself living there. There is so little work needed. If furniture stays or you put in your own style. It is fabulous. Wonderful views. I would buy it in a heartbeat. Plus the price. Wow. I have my Abruzzo home. But were I to start the search over again. I would definitely be looking at this one. Awesome.

Very cozy
I'd make that 3rd floor more of a lounge. I might add a 1/2 bath for convenience in a corner, and add a mini-kitchen with frig, microwave & cabinet for storage. But I'd love hanging in out there & out on the terrace!!

Been following your channel for quite some time and given the condition, walk-in in my opinion and in particularly the price, wow, it's one of the best i've seen. From the outside i thought it looked quirky but in a good way but the minute you went into the sitting room you had me. Tbh i wouldn't change a single thing and as for the "loft" [extra space] that would be without a shadow of a doubt my computer room / office/ play area and i could only imagine the terrace in the height of summer, wow, bargain imo. Keep up the great work and greetings from Dublin, Ireland.
I'd remove the banquet from the kitchen, have a smaller table (4 seats) & use that wall for more storage.
I like the gray with those old tiles. Perhaps would have made the grout lines smaller (grout is a pain to change - fyi) Grout was never white until fairly recently so when, for instance, we were renovating our 1910 victorain we used gray grout throughout to keep some of the original integrity.
Lovely! Definitely a winner, the only thing I could wish for is a wc on the main floor, perhaps one could be squeezed in under the stairs, although it would be a shame to lose that handy closet.
The terrace is perfect, more than big enough for a container kitchen garden with flowers, and still have a pleasant seating/dining area.

I love everything. So my style except…….the bathroom! That grout is pretty dark. Do you know what would be an easy fix or will it have to be replaced? Another great find David. 2 more years and we will be on your step looking for a home in Abruzzo!
Not too bad for the price. Bring cash because you are not going to get a bank loan as a foreigner.
An excellent property for the money but I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned those awful tiles in what is otherwise a good bathroom. Why would anyone choose to have them on their bathroom wall & with what looks like straight cement as grout? That is being picky as the kitchen, lounge & plenty of outdoor sitting areas makes it a definite winner but I would have to have the bathroom retiled before I even stepped into that shower. As it is, the bathroom reminds me of the catacombs. Excellent amount of light enters the property with the downstairs layout particularly good.
That street light will hum like a beast all night long.
I didn't notice the street light, have to go back to see it, but it would become white noise after living there a while, you'd hardly notice it.
Our first home was beside the approach path of a major airport, and after a (good) while we simply filtered it out - our guests, on the other hand often were very ... um ... startled, especially when you could look out of the second floor windows and see jumbo jets going in behind the trees on the side.
Very nice. Mountain views. Anyone wanting a newer building. What deal. I would 1st put a toilet & sink on top floor. Maybe if room . Washer. Removate the bathroom.
This should sell fast for the price.

I see in the comments there is someone getting ready to move to this town. Can you tell me how cold it gets in the winter? Does it snow? I have some physical conditions that would make that somewhat challenging, but I’d like to know more. Thanks.
Edit: Also, does any one know if there are local services that periodically check in on holiday homes? I’m wondering if I had a bunch of potted trees on that terrace if someone could be hired to water them occasionally. Or are houses like this strictly “lock and leave for those not staying year round?

Very good bargain. I'll put a glass to that shower, put fly screens, aircond and maybe, in time, redo the kitchen but that's about it. The only downside is the ugly ass house in front covering the full view, but oh well...

Italian homes are so poorly designed, both inside and out.
Why would anyone spend $$ for a balcony that can't really be used?
Juliette balconies are perfect for a few flower pots, for standing on to hang out the wash and wave to neighbours, for getting lots of fresh air circulating through the rooms, for looking pretty, and, apparently, for annoying you.
