The grounds are beautiful I haven’t seen gardens like this anywhere in Phuket, the house as well is beautiful but I would have to change the layout inside and the decor won’t be to everyone’s taste. The developer has definitely thought about everything especially it’s location with views like this one has it just doesn’t get any better, I would still be concerned about owning a property this size as foreigners can’t own land so how would this work. Investing in such a luxurious property like this would set you back a pretty penny so what guarantees do you have and can it be left to next of kin.

A Georgian home is a house build in the period of King George … A Edwardian Home in the time of King Edward , all these homes are grade 2 listed to protect from people who want to alter or change the looks of the Building. When You build a Home by copying the style doesn’t automatically make it Georgian it just means you lack imagination to come up with your own style, You also lack knowledge of Georgian Design because you have Victorian Panels , Lancaster pillars that are literally the Roman design from Bath in England, Edwardian square pillars with pointed cap stones, Tiled Driveway that should be cobbled, Plastic Doors and Windows , Its hilarious 😂. A shambles really.. The roof also is incredibly incorrect. Everything is a Miss match, Who in the hell sourced the materials and didn’t research . ?
