Too many favorite parts to just pick one. The 2-story home theater is definitely unique. Two balconies for the primary suite is cool. But I think I love that backyard the most; it has everything - pool, spa, pool bath and shower, lawn, sitting areas, outdoor kitchen and views.
This Mansion is a hidden gem... I Thoroughly love all the outdoor / Backyard Space I think it is a nice space to Entertain, it is Private and Just having that much Plant life is a big tick! I just love how all the Bedrooms are just so Spacious, defintely most could be Master Bedroom coz the space is just huge... That 2 part Area of the Movie room was unique... definitely love something like that, even Working out, Watching a movie or Watching Sport during Match games will be Pretty neat actually. This is Another Great find Los Angeles home...Amazing work once Again Darren, I always look out for your tours, Beautiful one in my books.. ❤

Absolutely beautiful home!!!! One big negative for me... I HATE having my back to the door, let alone sleeping with my back to the door. I truly hate the that the bed isn't facing the door in the master bedroom. Anybody can walk through those doors and you can't see a thing.
I think Mr. Kriz needs a reminder that appliances don't really have the soft door close feature and maybe shouldn't slam their doors shut, like the fridge.
I hate it when the person giving a house tour is talking about something and the camera man is filming the person talking and not what he is talking about. Good video still
