I had this video on my "to do" list for years. I am happy to finally release it (and remove it from my whiteboard). The music and the ambience are slightly modified. This is roughly how I am imagining the zone, rather than how it is. I hope it still keeps the original feeling though. Did you enjoy this video? Give it a like, listen to more (playlist links below), subscribe. Do you want to further support my work? Details in the video description. 2007. After arduous journey of leveling through Hellfire Peninsula, arriving in this mysterious looking blue hued swamp full of giant mushrooms and alien bugs and giants was the moment I felt I had truly entered into a new realm of unfamiliarity and adventure, still 8 levels to go through.. The journey had just begun..
Your original Zangarmarsh music and ambiance was always my favorite from your videos, this version with the rain is a really nice addition, keep up the great work!
Every time I see an upload from your account, I feel a deep twinge of excitement and nostalgia as I drag my cursor to the thumbnail. These are all such a treat - I first played World of Warcraft properly in the Burning Crusade, when I was very young. Zangarmarsh is a zone filled with fond memories, from a time when I was too young to be any good at the game, but filled with wonder and imagination with this world. I first played after begging my grandparents to let me make a character, and I remember taking that blood elf hunter (of course she was a hunter) here when I finally got her to the level (with a good deal of help from my grandparents!) I have strange and fantastic memories from this time, most of which revolve around dying to monsters in the lake, being strangely sad and afraid of that dead part of the zone near Blade's Edge Mountains, doing dailies with my Papaw, or, when at max level, bumbling through Serpentshrine Cavern. As someone who's quite saddened by the modern state of the game, the lore, and World of Warcraft as a whole, I thank you deeply for reminding me of the happiest times of my childhood, when the wonder of Warcraft gripped me so tightly. Thank you, Meisio. - A Lifelong Lover of Warcraft and Grateful Fan of Your Work
A fun fact: you can hear a bird called screaming piha in Zangramash. It's sing is often used in films games etc to show a wildlife of the jungles. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Screaming_piha
This was ASMR before anyone knew what ASMR was. I used to tab out and check my email for work etc just because I wanted to listen to this music while I was working.
Thank you so much for these videos, all of your videos really. I don't have time to play WoW anymore but I like to listen to the soundtrack when I'm writing lesson plans and I've even played these during tests for my students. This is probably a weird question, but how do you do these videos? Not the program, but how do you have the movement so slow and subtle? It's way slower than walking speed.
Thank so you much for all your content! Absolutely amazing and I listen at least daily. I’d love to see videos for specific dungeons like original Sunken Temple! What is the best way to support you? UA-camr membership or patreon?
Hi Matthew. Yes, the dungeons are on my 'to do' list as well. They will be first available for the stream program. They are already filmed but I still need to edit them. When it will happen? After I am finishing the WoD program for the stream (currently working on it). If you want to further support my work, I would say the best is to do so on Patreon. Because UA-cam randomly demonetized me few weeks ago (with no justification). But I got monetized back after the appeal. Anyway, thank you for the support! Another note, please donate money only if you can afford your day by day stuff. It's a tough world nowadays. /bow
There are websites out there, you just need to google it. You don't need me to tell you that :P Anyway, don't forget to come back here from time to time, I need all the support I can get! Thanks

Blue fog in silence, like a deep rest after red Hellfire.
The mixture of colors, music and sound effects (raining, birds, bugs) makes this one of the most impressive moods ever created in a game for me
One of the best Zones in the entire World of Gaming.
Finally! My favorite TBC zone
Absolutely Yes!
I already had Zangarmarsh available, but it was without rain :)

Remember this took ages to level through in BC, but the mood really is something else. Thanks for what will no doubt be another great video
