What you said about spa being an old school track with mostly flowing corners and it immediately reminded me of Suzuka which fits that description perfectly as well with 1 slow hairpin and a chicane, basically the same as spa when it comes to how flowing a track is. Once you're in that flow, it's amazing to drive on those tracks.
