you could start watching the very basics which other youtubers have uploaded in the past, once you start to feel comfortable then just scroll down to his old videos based on using order flow, and you dont even have to start watching others since he aswell has uploaded loads of videos based on the basics in the order flow.
This tool seems a little too arbitrary and random for me. When it works it seems to really be hilighting Fair Value Gaps (ICT term) above or below supply or demand zones (a.k.a. Order Blocks). I would rather draw those out on my chart.
when it comes to order flow, the faster the chart the better so that a trader can take advantage of the order flow. but a trader still has to execute and old farts like myself need a chart that I can wrap my head around that is not too fast or very slow. Goldilocks syndrome.

30 second chart too fast … for day trading I like having the 5 to 10 second charts to see how the market is potentially moving
