After all that hard work, he couldn't even toast the bread? Savage.
I definitely am going to be smoking some eye of the round like this for sandwiches. Great video!
Never eaten anything he shows in his videos, but I watch all his videos just love the way he cooks and I bet it's delicious.
Yeah bro.....I want that ....looks so delicious.....Kaha se ho aap?
Ive done a couple of his things and the non wrapped smoked pulled pork is by far the best pulled pork ive eaten. :)
Is it wrong that I get excited over how well that knife trims.... OMG
We get a half cow each year and this looks like a great way to consume my eye of round roasts! Thank you.
Making this today when my sister visits. My version will have melted provolone slapped on top, along with the peppers, and then some giardiniera. Will smoke this on my Kamado Joe
Where do you come up with these recipes? Everyday video I am amazed!
Yep, this is awesome! Going to try your Pastrami recipe this weekend, then on to the roast beef! Now we just need a smoked cheese vid!
They already have one! Go look for it, it's great :D
CrashOverride Yep! Found it! Can't wait to try this one!
My grandfather had a slicer like that in his café which he used to slice cold meats for his customers with. Nice video , I wanna try this !
On behalf of all Americans I thank you for the sacrifices that your taste buds have to endure , Thanks chef!
Simply put, I just really like your videos.
Chef Tom you are an artist👍
I get super hungry while watching your videos. So tonight I ate dinner while watching this video but now I want a smoked roast beef sammich!
That looks fantastic! Going to smoke a beef roast today on our pellet smoker. We are newbies but excited to see how it turns out. Wish we had a slicer but then we would have to clean it. I suspect that is not real easy so I guess we will use a knife.
I am salivating uncontrollably. That looks outstanding!
I just got done eating and now I'm hungry again thanks for the video
Tom, that is truly a magnificent sandwich! Great recipe, and I can do the whole thing with one minor exception: most of us ordinary mortals don’t have a slicer like that sitting in the kitchen, and those paper-thin slices contribute significantly to the tenderness of what would otherwise be a bit on the tougher side. And that would really compromise our ability to replicate this recipe. I do well with a slicing knife, but nowhere near that well.
You can get a meat slicer for about $100… it doesn’t slice quite as thin as a commercial one would but it does the job. I use it for beef jerky.
wow that rub ! definetley trying that!
I’m making this with home made fries today - but using a top sirloin roast.
Great video
Thank you for the tutorial. You and whoever taught you to cook are both masters at your skill. Thank you for sharing
Very cool. Thanks chef. Always look forward to Tuesday.
That looks perfect! Great videos and happy to see that they haven't stopped!!
Sir, you are the absolute best, time and again! Cheers!
Can you make enchiladas please! I’ve been waiting for a very long time.
Highest and best use for an eye of round! Only 1 suggestion: I’d put the meat directly on the horseradish cream to let them mingle, then the peppers and lettuce.
Late at the dinner Table Chef Tom. I’m glad I made it and learning your great cooking.
This got me thinking you should do a MD style pit beef with Tiger sauce. It’s a Baltimore classic. Keep up the great work, love the videos.
You should do an Italian roast beef sandwich next with giardiniera and sweet peppers
Sounds really good!
Oh damn. Definitely that!
"All right, the stage is set"! Lets build that sandwich!
Everything is amazing! But...I never appreciate a dry piece of bread. But hey that's just my preference 😊👍🏻
Wow!!!! Yum, totally salivating! Great video.👍
Your knife skills are awesome
I love your Sandwich videos 👍👍👍
I think I've just watched it the second time. Still amazing.
By the 11th minute, I was salivating.
Tom I'd love to see what you could create out of a UK supermarket, we just dont get the stuff you do to smoke so the creativeness would shine!
MY FAVORITE YT CHANNEL!!!
Looks full of awesomeness!!! Should do something next with deer meat.
I wish I could eat your food!!!
Keep up the great job!

Another great content! Thanks chef 😁
I'd love to see you make a variant of a smoked salmon sandwich..maybe with some scandinavian influences..great video as usual!
I wanna be Tom’s pal and do bbqs at his house every weekend!
Looks delicious, chef!
Awesome as usual!
Hi Chef Tom, have you smoked a whole suckling pig (20-30 lbs) in the YS640? I'd like to see that and get your pointers on how to do it. Love the video's. Addicted to my Yoder (and all of this great food you've been smoking!!!). Thanks!
Looks delish 😍😍😍
Thank you for this video. I am drooling already by your sandwich. May I ask where did you buy ur meat slicer and how much are those? Thank you!!
Looks amazing!
Pork cracklings! I'm sure you can make a great snack from them.
I would also add butter to the rub!
Maybe grind a bit of that smoky pepper down in with Mayo for the top bun?
Let me guess, today you’re using the Yoder Smoker YS640?
🤣
All jokes aside, looks amazing! Love this channel!
Wow!
Oof I need this😍
love the video. can you give a common ingredient for some of the ingrediance you use. I don't have access for some of the things that you used. Thanks mark
Great chef 👍🙏🏼 love his videos! Learn so much, thank you!! 😃
Tom, that was a must do amazing cook. You got me hungry.. which LEM Slicer did you use ??? Looking to be my next purchase.. Thanks Brother..
One sandwich please. Yum-o
6:13 man that looks so yummy I could eat it right then
I want that blade he's using!
Can you advise me how to cook duck breast to medium rare? Whet internal temperature at the thickest part should I shoot for? Thanks chef Tom, for great videos, I’m a dedicated UK subscriber. BBQ is the uniquely American style!❤️❤️❤️
Love the positive message at the end love this channel
That was a fair bit more than two teaspoons of Worchestershire. It was more like 3-4 tablespoons.
I love chef Tom and these videos! My new YS640 with comp cart will be getting delivered to Texas in about 2 weeks! I am really looking forward to knocking out some of these recipes and am interested in quite a few of the products featured in your videos. Do you all offer free shipping on a certain purchase amount or have any samples of some your products I can obtain prior to making a bulk buy? Thanks
Great videos! Just giggled though about the roasted peppers cutting the fattiness of the beef hehe That eye of round has almost no fat (but probably cuts the cream cheese down). Still want to try it out, have an old slicer I hope cuts thin enough. Going to sub Smugglers hot mustard for straight horseradish (still has a major kick, just mustard added). They sell it in Eagle River, Wisconsin, they are pretty famous for knocking people's socks off LOL! Keep up the awesome videos!
Dank Jay You’re not wrong, it’s not a fatty cut, but it was so tender and supple in texture that the bright pepper flavor seems to cut through, as if it were. That mustard sounds perfect. Thanks for watching!
GET IT SON?😆😂😂
even i could smell this roast
I'd argue slicer is critical, thicker slice will be much tougher. Good work
@allthingsbbq could you do a smoked fried chicken recipe? I just got a lodge pot and was going to give it a go
👩🍳👍good man
Looks bomb💪
Ever done a chuck roast on the smoker? Curious because i would like to try it.
12:04 “oooh!”
美味しそう!
You guys have made me a very popular man :)
AtBBQ has the meats!!!!!
I usually wrap peppers in a paper towel to make it easier to take off the chared fleash.
Uncle Charlie.Please make this.
Looks awesome! Second the MD/Baltimore style pit beef... about the only bbq us bmore boys know how to do right but would love to see your take. Also, I do a lot of cooking on my HastyBake and love it. I see atbbq is a retailer, any plans to do a video cooking on one?
Sounds like a version of Baltimore Pit Beef
Nice to see you representing Wichita well! Did you get that bread from La Gallette?
Dude you’re kill’n me! Damn
What was your slicer set at? How many MM?
What are the benefits of a dry rub vs a wet rub ??
Looks great Tom! But no toast on the French Bread tho?
