Thank you for providing such a good content. I was testing the table restore in my lab environment and I am using aftd as a backup device. When I tried to restore tables I am getting an error: mount service finished with failure from mount paths.

I am guessing because the AFTD does not have direct access path for the SQL server to mount the backup image.
