How strong is know-how protection ? I remember in the past existing a tool to break S7 blocks in STEP7. Do you have any knowledge if such a tool exists for tia portal ?

You can only unlock it when having the password. Without that you will have to reset the PLC if you want to use it... but you will loose the program that is on the PLC
@@hegamurl7434 Is there another way can we use application file as s7canopener file witch used for example at old version of step 7 software ) we talk specially about software tia prt 13?!? ... if there is no have any at least one possibility! we conclude that we don’t have any access for any project tiaportal containing a locked blocks
