Igniz from 2001 is the strongest boss character to play with but in this kof 2002 um game he got so strongly nerfed, but his unlimited combos still existing.

Actually I believe he still has his running grab infinite I don't know why people don't use it. Maybe it's harder the time but I know for a fact he has a dragon punch infinite at least but requires a certain condition
