I hope that they don't make that mistake again. It's annoying because you'll see at the shows that the arms can hold the gauntlets and effects. They probably glued them in or something. There's a few things I found a bit strange: 1. For my personal figure, the joints on the forearms are longer 2. Right when I got the figure, the joint on the grenade wrist snapped apart 3. The unmasked head is practically unusable because the joint at the neck is bigger than the hole in the unmasked hair Those are my personal gripes (1 isn't really a gripe tho)

I love those parts where he has voice at the beginning and where you changed his arms, where did you get their voices btw? From the anime itself? Also the part that you can change his pupils and eye direction....never seen that in figures..insane But compared to figma this one looks so...fragile.. like..everything is just pops out from him.. Thank you for watching!! I got the voice from the video game: My Hero One's Justice 2 Yeah being able to change the eyes is really unique, so far only Amazing Yamaguchi and SH Figuarts has done it. And yes this line is more fragile compared to figma, it's focused more on giving figures crazy articulation, which is great, but can also lead to parts falling off like I've shown in the review. So when buying these you gotta keep that in mind, but for me, I'm loving this line way better than the figma.

I just prioritize buying characters I don't own yet, and needed for my upcoming animations. Right now I dont have plans for All Might, but I do plan on getting him too sometime later.
Since I pre-ordered him, I only payed around 4K pesos, which should be around $80 in the US. By now it should be sold more than that because the pre orders are already closed. You can check BigBadToyStore but I'm not sure if it's gonna be cheap. Question, I have been considering replacing my figmas with the Revoltech. How frustrating is it to animate this figure? I feel figma is a bit more docile when it comes to stopmotion and the main reason I'm hesitant to Yamaguchi, but honestly I feel they're superior looking figures to figma overall. Specially this one.
How frustrating? I'd say about 5/10? These figures can be a pain if you're don't hav enough patient, they have super articulation, which also mean more joints can get loosed, and if they get loosed, that's the most frustrating part. I suggest having a nail polish ready is essential, because you will need to tighten some joints if they get loosed, and that will fix the issue for some time. The good side thou, they have so much articulation and with that you can give them more expressive actions when animating, not to mention this line provides way more accessories than the figma does, so you have tons of options. For my personal opinion, I prefer this line more than figma, the figmas are great and their figures are more sturdy compared to AY, but yeah, more accessories, more articulation? I'm sold XD

I just realized something, what if you can recreate that scene when bakugo and midoriya fought all might. It would be good since the gauntlet can be on midoriya. You may not want to do it but it would actually be good.
Well like I said in the video, it's a great figure but has some issues, if you can handle those issues, and if you really love the character, then I say go for it! 👌

What some people do is I think they take nail polish gloss coat or clear cot, let it sit and it’ll stiffen the joints, just don’t overdo it

I remember bakugo is 5'7 todo is 5'9 so I think figma should really better their scale, but with yamaguchi their scale is perfect
Yup, although if you only collect the figmas, they're not actually too bad. They just dont matchup perfectly with other lines.
