I miss the Cuba team; I wonder why they are not as competitive as they used to be. Leila Barros was on fire. Brazil started growing little by little and now they are superpower.
Cuba isn’t as competitive because their stupid rules when it came to Cuban players playing overseas and their government being greedy with money the National Teams we’re winning. Such a shame too because Cuba then, even now, could still be a great team. Players like Juantorena, León, Leal, Dennis and at point point Simón could totally make the Men’s Cuban Team a threat on the National scene.

Because Aguero ran away and asked for asylum in Italy. Since then Cuba changed the rules, so most Cuban players decided to play overseas only.
