Alice Technolgies presented at our Engineering and Construction Risk Institute (ECRI) meetings this week - amazing technology that will revolutionise planning and risk management and make our lives a heck of a lot easier when change occurs on projects, and we need to look at options and/or recovery plans for the project. Cheers Greg
Alice is really more designed for large/complex projects. It's the same philosophy as with a small project. The more variables there are in the project, the more options the software has to find better schedule plans (with shorter timelines, lower costs). As long as the time is put in before hand to set up all the restraints properly.
How do YOU plan different schedule scenarios in P6?
