Chicago industrial hip-hop outfit Angry Blackmen, made up of Quentin Branch & Brian Warren, have been stretching their arms and tapping into different sounds since they smashed onto the scene with their debut single “OK!”. 2024 finds Angry Blackmen with a critically acclaimed debut album, ‘The Legend of ABM,’ on which the duo fully embodies their undeniable chemistry and finely tuned emcee skills. An expression of hip-hop we haven't seen before here at Audiotree, their live performance infuses their distorted, metallic palette with classic sounds from the 50-year old genre. During their interview with Audiotree Host, Psalm One, the duo discuss what's making them happy, how they found their place in the Chicago music scene, and the effect of New Mexico on Branch's writing. Check out Angry Blackmen on Audiotree Live!
Recorded live on March 22, 2024 in Chicago, IL.

Ya'll should link up with a death metal or death core band. I fealt a HEAVY breakdown coming after that first verse, which was amazing.
