What shock oil are you currently using on the D4 AuperD? And how did you find the stock out of box setup to drift with? I just got mine and currently half way through the build :D *SO EXCITED*
Your video was awesome very helpful very intuitive but at the end you confused me I feel like you turned into Spiderman and jumped on the ceiling when the camera went upside down what happened are you an Avenger
I understand that you're asking which steering setup I have right? I'm using the slide rack. The actual links though I believe our overdose ball end caps. I think I swapped a couple of the balls for 3 Racing Teflon coated pause. I hope that helps answer your question. The ones that come with the d4r plenty sufficient. They just wear out over time and they need to be replaced because you get a lot of slop in your steering. I like the overdose ball end caps if you can find them. and I just wanted to try out the Teflon coated ones from 3 racing. They're pretty expensive though!
Can you help me out with my gyro please I have no problem I said it and the wheels don't turn to the drift Direction they go in the opposite so it wants to make a full circle instead I have a yeah racing gyro and I tried many ways can you please help me out
Human4873 I found out what was the problem this is switch on the yeah racing drywall to reverse the servo it was so small I couldn't see it but I found it thank you so much for the help you guys are great
Human4873 yeah it drove me crazy I actually mounted the gyro upside down so it can actually work but then I thought it didn't make no sense when the buttons are facing upward
It's that the vehicle is understeering so not responding to you, fwd cars usually have this in real life. rwd muscle cars oversteer making rl drift easier.
Too much front reponding in drifting isnt good. The car twitches back and forth too much mid drift and maybe even straighten out too often. So a harder tire with less grip prevents this. Pretty much the less grip you have the more control you have. Its wierd.
I loved it very intuitive and at the end you made me laugh it was awesome
At the end when you jumped on the ceiling and Held the camera upside down on the car I thought that was awesome
Lol, oops! Hope it wasn't too hard to watch lol
Awesome thank you for the tips!
The rims 😍
how do you get your wheels to go back to center? mine wont center properly and there is play in the tie rod ball joint

Sorry I didn't reply to this comment sooner. Hope you're enjoying your chassis, I still love mine
10-15wt is ideal.
What battery pack is that? Or is it a purple carbon fiber skin?
Thanks

what springs do you use at the rear sir?
trackstar dual rate springs from hobby king
hobbyking.com/en_us/trackstar-d-spec-hybrid-spring-set.html
Drift America RC thanks sir :) btw nice set-up
What gearing ratios are you using?
Like, what teeth are the spur and so on
I keep my FDR at around 12. To calculate final drive ratio you take (spur/pinion) x (Transfer gear/input gear)
You use gyroscope i not regular
My stock Sakura rear springs are so hard they don’t move. So stupid
