REAL THO. Looking back at the movie in retrospect after all these years and I have a new found appreciation for acting.
One thing I love is that in the book Rowley snitches on Greg, but in the movie, he gives Greg one more chance to do the right thing.

If anyone forgot the context the reason breaking his arm was the best thing that happened is because Rowley and Greg were outcasts of the outcast and when Rowley got his arm broken (by Greg when they were playing a game) and got a cast on it, everybody wanted to sign it and he became "cool" and everybody wanted to be around him
