I was in your chat needing advice on my bellybutton piercing being a little spicy when I bend over or sit down. It's was constantly sliding around and I started snagging it. You suggested going for a shorter bar. Well I ordered a short bar that day and have since changed it out and WOW!! Huge difference and waaaaay more comfortable. Thank you so much. I went from a 10mm to a 6mm. I was nervous it would be too short but it's a perfect fit. I used a piercing taper to insert the jewelry which made it super easy. Thanks again!
Scott, i got my industrial, and as i said here in your live, it was the shop manager not the piercer who recommands to use tee trea oil with aspirin...My piercer said NO, only use saltspray, saline...
So for MRIs they can wander you to see if you have magnetic or not. 99% of the time they will force you to take it out due to liability. The MRI machine will rip the metal out of your body and then the machine has to be shut down (super expensive) to remove the metal. I’ve seen full stretchers permanently attached to the machines. As for taking them out during surgery it’s a potential contaminant. If for whatever the piercing falls out during the prep and manages to get into the surgical site it’s a huge source of infection. This obviously depends on the area the surgery and piercings are. But generally if the surgical site is anywhere close to the piercing I bet they’ll have you remove it.
It’s been like 9 months and my nose piercing still hasn’t healed. Anything you suggest? I went back to the piercer to take the cork screw ring out cause I couldn’t and he didn’t want too

What about septums? Do they need to be downsized?
Hello, can a horse shoe septum piercing be hidden ( totally invisible) right away?
If you keep it up while healing it can be its best not to constantly move it around tho as you can bring in crusty and bacteria
