With a 120 the person unloading has no trouble keeping up and has the most “hand washing time”. Running two uncappers at once is the things my nightmares are made of. I can’t turn my back on one, never mind two. Maybe you’ll end up with a floater that goes between uncapper/ unloading? Either way, you should be able to put a lot of boxes though in a day.
I run a 60 and prefer to have 3. Loader. Unloader. Troubleshooter. Lol. Setup looks great so far.
Cool, thanks!
Great upgrade Phil

Target is 350-400 per day. More than that I’ll need a bigger field crew.
The uncapper is the limiting factor
Hi. What would gearbox ratio be on loading rack after uncapper?
Good question. There is a work gear reducer and then a gear ration on the final drive.
Gearbox is 60:1. Chain gear is 4:1
Thats pretty slow. Those frames dont look like their moving very fast. probably has a slower rpm motor as well. Thanks, extractor looks good.
