FYI, while SSA max capacity is 37k, I'm pretty sure the configuration for Suisei's tour based on the seatmap provided is using the arena instead stadium configuration which basically cuts the max capacity in half. Also again, based on the same seatmap, it is definitely not using the full available seat, thus I assume it is probably around 10k max seats available. While 100k is a bit too optimistic, for Hololive top talents solo concert, 20k is probably a safe bet and 30k might be possible. Edit: since there are some people that thinks Suisei is using the stadium configuration, I checked SSA official website and in the Japanese version of the site there is an event schedule which clearly stated that Suisei concert at SSA is in arena configuration. Honestly you shouldn't have to go to the site to check whether it is in stadium or arena config since from the seatmap it should be the arena config, but I think without having any concrete proof some people will still think that it is in stadium config.

I'm talking about Suisei is probably using the arena mode, which again, basically cuts the capacity in half (from around 30k if you're using it for a concert with the stage at the end to 16k). I said around 10k because it seems they cut the side a bit more than for normal concert, probably to prevent people from watching the concert from a very sharp angle. Also unless they bundled the floor, there are some floors being unused (500lv floor and 300lv floor). Again, this is based on the seatmap provided. Not sure how correct they made it since it was done in a more illustration style.
