so all the smaller broken pod skin pieces get mixed in with the beans. which would then need to be manually removed. I am sure the fermentation process, with the addition of the pod skins would alter the chemistry of the fermentation process. Or is the unwanted debris, removed before fermentation?. and look at all the contact with so many substrates. I can only imagine the amount of various bacteria thats being collected along the way!. However, full credit for the engineering skills!
