Man these sermons are the only things keeping me from throwing in the towel. I love the messages of Hope and Faith in God. I'm in pain, upset, struggling with confusion. Unemployed for 7 months. I'm trusting God. He's my only hope! He can open a door at any moment. I'm trusting him. Sometimes I think I'm losing my mind. The only real peace is when I pray, listen to these sermons or read the Bible. His promises compell me to hold on for dear life. Yes I'm in the deepest of valley's but my Lord and Savior is right there with me. I'm gonna focus on him no matter what.

Getting counsel from man can be devastating. God is the wonderful counselor. I learned the hard way. When making a decision and you have no peace, that's a warning sign. HOLY SPIRIT will lead us in peace not confusion or that uneasy feeling. Many, many 😢 😢 getting man advice , especially if they're not living a Holy life and have a hidden agenda. Proverbs 3: 5&6. Trusting God, and seeking His perfect will is better than silver and gold. When I was a babe in Christ and actually sought advice about a major decision. ( I didn't want to make a another bad decision 7) so a Christian friend counsel me and needlessly to say the advice nearly cost me my life.

Thank you "ABBA" for this guidance and counsel, straight from the "MOUTH OF GOD, I believe! I can't wait to come to Dr. Stanley's church and see him preach in person!!! I’m totally by myself I depend on God for everything I know he is working on me extremely hard I just have a hard time recognizing his voice when he wants me to do something thank you sir may GOD BLESS YOU I was told by my attorney in my divorce that I needed to go to counseling and I said I talk to God God real quickly put words in my mouth that I also talk to my mom and my children I guess he realized that I could been thrown in the bad place 🙃

I'm so thankful for this sermon. I have a pastor at my Church who is Mentoring me, and I couldn't be more grateful. I see why Godly wisdom is so important. Lord, give me discernment of the voices I need to listen to. We need to be careful of the voices we listen to. Especially with people who are critical of Christian leaders. Thank you, Dr. Stanley.

*BEAUTY OF THE LORD!*
“ *And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us” (Psalm 90:17).*
*The man of God, Moses’ prayer finds a place in the book of Psalms. In the last part of the 90th Psalm, he fervently prays saying, “And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us.”*
*You always like to buy what your children like to have. The wife knows what her husband likes and cooks accordingly. The husband knows which saree will please his wife. So, pleasing each other is what has become the life in this world.*
*But, have you seasoned your heart to please God who gave His life for you and in turn receive His love? Have you not saddened God by initiating to please man? Have you not saddened Him by involving in worldly lusts or the sake of pleasing your friends? Have you not ignored God by committing many sins simply covering your conscience with a blanket which is fashion?*
*David says, “Teach me to do your will” (Psalm 143:10). Firstly, let such a prayer rise in your heart. Humble yourself and plead to God saying, God, help me so that I love you more and lead a life which would please you more.*
*Secondly, evaluate every deed of yours in the presence of God. Before doing anything, review yourself with the following questions. “Will this act be pleasing to God? I want to go to this place and will He come with me? Do all my conversations please God?” Your conscience itself will answer all the questions. Do not do anything which might grieve God.*
*Thirdly, Paul the Apostle says, “Finding out what is acceptable to the Lord” (Ephesians **5:10**). The experiences of life and the Scripture will reveal this to you. The servants of God will preach you in this regard. These factors will help you in identifying what is pleasing to God.*
*Dear children of God, during this brief life in the world, if you live in a pleasing way to God, He will bless you in this age or in the age to come. He will graciously provide you with the blessing of praising God in His presence through singing and dancing eternally.*
*To meditate: “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him” (Hebrews 11:6).*
