Hi, help po sana bookeeping. My capital ledger acct recorded is untouched its just a summary of equipments, cash in bank, beginning inv. etc. let say 200k. Yong mga cash from sales, purchases po and other exp including personal drawings movement is in cash in bank. Sa closing entry po it says e close yong withdrawals sa capital... Pero magiging negative kc capital dont have movement. Is there any suggestion for the proper entry? Or baka may mali sa aking ledger account?thanks po
Ang Alam ko pag meron nun ilalagay mo Yung net profit sa closing entries tapos ilalagay mo den Yung amount Ng withdrawal sa tabi Ng net profit sa part Ng Capita
Hello po ask ko lang po what if po narecognize or na set up na yung merchandise inventory (end) during the adjusting entry po. like yung adjusting entry is as follow Cost of goods sold XXX MI (end) XXX Purchase XXX should I still set up it po sa closing entry? hindi po ba madodoble yun sa ledger? I'm confuse 😅

Kapag sa periodic para maclose ang credit account , ang ilalagay Sale, PRA, PD tapos income summary. Pano naman kapag perpetual ano icloclose sa credit account? Kung wala yung PRA at PD? SALE? Income summary?
Sir. napansin ko lang po sa Journal Entries, yung mga nasa credit side like "sales" po yung income summary nasa baba, pag dating naman po sa mga nasa Debit side like "sales return & allowances" yung income summary nasa taas.

Ang difference po nila ay yung pag set up po ng merchandise inventory. Kapag perpetual wala na po.

Wala pong account na accumulated expense. Sa closing entries po ang depreciation expense ay irerecord sa credit. 😊
yung ending inventory sir tinuro samin isama nalang daw sa closing accounts with credit balances
