Please Mr..Mejer tell.us more about DAPA

Well, since DAPA wasn't passed it probably won't help to re-visit it. What we hope is that President Elect Biden comes up with a new, viable plan for the parents of Dreamers and when he does, we'll do a new video, ok?

@@marisabelampuero1662 He has said he'd like to have a path. If Republicans stay in power in the Senate, unfortunately, it is unlikely, but we hope that changes and then you do.

Hello Sir, good day. My Auntie (my father's elder sister) pettion my family - more than 20yrs already. 2019 we receive letter from NVC, we prepared all the documents needed and my auntie paid for the processing. In the CEAC site, our 4names appeared.. mid of 2020 we renew our documents but after a few months me and my brothers name already gone in CEAC?? my parents application approved and waiting for the confirmation of interview date. PLEASE is there any chance for me and my brother??

Hi CJ, I'm sorry that this has been so stressful. I recommend you call and talk to someone at NVC (603) 3340700 (that's the number for immigrant visa processing) and find out what is happening. The sooner you talk to someone the better. Good luck.

Hi, I have a question. I got married to my wife from the U.S and currently undergoing the process of getting my visa. I have some scars left from a past self harm incident that happened 7 years ago. I have been just fine and never had an incident since then. What will happen during my medical test ? Will this be a significant issue in issuing me a visa to enter the U.S ? Should I inform of this to my lawyer before receiving the interview letter ? Thank you ! Merry Christmas !

Hi Thunder, I'm sorry to hear of your past troubles but am glad it's no longer an issue. The doctor may not ask. If they do, or you share that, I would explain that you've received treatment and/or therapy and that it hasn't happened again. I would talk to your lawyer about it so they can direct you best knowing all your circumstances. Good luck. Merry Christmas.

Is your son a citizen? He can sponsor you now if so but it could take many years. I would talk to an immigration attorney about if you need to leave the US while that is processing. If you'd like to chat with us, our phone number is 888-421-9942. Good luck.
