Mushroom Swiss Burgers 🍔!!
Happy Tasty Tuesday 😋 Everyone
I'm happy to bring you one of my Mom's favorites. People who enjoy mushrooms 🍄 really love these burgers! And the swiss cheese just seals the deal and tops it off perfectly.
I started with a pound of the best 👌
Ground beef by Riverbend Ranch
1 8oz package of baby bellas (any mushroom will do)
I package sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 onion
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp Mrs Dash
Oil
Whatever buns you like 👍
Now, I chopped up 4 of the mushrooms and 1/4 of the onion and added to the ground beef along with seasoning. That's optional!
Make 4 patties, season (if you didn't do step above), and cook well on both sides.
Add a slice of cheese to each patty about 30 seconds before you're ready to remove them burgers.
Slice mushrooms and onion
In a separate skillet, add a good drizzle of oil, once warm (medium heat)
Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent, and mushrooms look soft.
Top burgers with mushrooms
