I was originally watching this video not signed into my UA-cam account, so I decided to sign in to subscribe to the channel. To my surprise, when I signed in it sent me to the search page closing the video. When I searched for “ windows autopilot off to the races” I found the video immediately .. and guess what guys? And just like that I was off to the races.
Hi this looks great. However, on my dev box using 1909, i do a fresh install using the OOBE and I can't get the device to enrol or skip the work/school part as you mentioned. I have assigned a license in intune, deployed everything under Device configuration and still can't get this to work even with the use of the client portal. Any help?
what if multiple people use a machine? Does that matter? Example would be person 1 logs in and Auto pilot sets up everything. Person 2 uses that computer that has a different policy - apps/security/etc.
and this is "easier" than maintaining an image? Packaging applications, send them to MS cloud, downloading them each time over WAN link? Definitely need a lot more info than that.
Also, Autopilot uses Delivery Optimization and delivers updates/apps etc to clients from other clients on the network without having to pull across the WAN every time. docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/windows-autopilot/windows-autopilot-requirements
@@MattSoseman That is good for LAN clients, but what about VPN clients who working from home, how then Delivery Optimization will work? Thank you for video.
Intune and Autopilot are the future , Microsoft is eating the market, thanks for the great video

Thanks in advance for this video. Can we use virtual machine for autopilot ?
Yes you can

It doesn’t matter Intune will push down the policy apps and configured profile for that user upon logon
Thanks ! but is there a way to prevent user from pressing "skip for now" and create a locala account?
That defeats the purpose of Autopilot

I recommend reviewing the technical documentation for more info. docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/windows-autopilot/windows-autopilot
Also white glove fixes that problem docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/windows-autopilot/white-glove
