Above all, their styles don't have much to do with each other (apart from Trier's, traces of inspiration due to a repressed admiration for Pusher). They just are Danish in Holywood Don't stigmatise them, it's RACIST!
I just did a google search and there's at least a German dvd/bluray (German title: NWR - die Refn doku). The doc is in English (w/German subs) most of the way except for some of Jodorowsky's dialogue.
Refn and Jodorowsky should collaborate at one point.
