The girls tag ( while not necessarily buffing the tag itself, but gaining strong new additions in general ) have gotten a bit better over the year and both vegito and gogeta have the son family tag, so you know chi-chi will dominate those two and even gohan, when chi-chi goes type: neutral. Even if it's mostly a dragon ball girls team, with the new f2p bulma, sparking launch, and sparking yellow pan with giru and trunks assist, in the leader slot, I think they might have a better chance now, compared to last year.
I use him on a powerful opponent’s team and all you need is to land 1 green card and his damage goes crazy. In my opinion still capable of holding his own against these new units
I still use him, 1400% on my regen team, which is actually the exact same loudout as yours (except I dont have lf piccolo or zenkai'd dkp). I really like him.
If they gave this man endurance nullify on his main(like LF Cooler) then DAMN he would've been extremely great and more used He is overall on the amazing side of Zenkais and he still is a valid option in today's meta I feel like
