If you already sided with The Death Eaters like Gillian Zinser did you can't just change your tune and come back to Harry Potter because he won. Gillian Zinser was just a real Death Eater which are the real girls who sided with the real Lord Voldemort's forces as the real Lord Voldemort was Jacob Rothschild. And besides the position of pretty flat girl in Hogwarts is already taken by Ashley Arenson who is the real Luna Lovegood so Gillian Zinser couldn't get in the main group anyways as she's way too similar in overall type to Ashley Arenson and Ashley Arenson is the real Luna Lovegood so you can't beat her for the spot.
