excuse me can any martial art weapon be counter with skill, patience, and right timing? I know its stupid but that looks like in impossible to stop a chain whip when its in motion
I have a Shaolin 9 section whip and I have trouble tying the sash fabric in the handle. You seem to have it well. How do you tie it? There's a hole in my Shaolin 9 section whip and do you put your sash into a hole or tie around it? Plus there's another sash on the end and you seem to have it with tape. Do you put tape into it or tie it somehow? How do the Shaolin monks have their sashes tied up? It can make a very great loud sound when you practice it!

How to long the chain ???
how to make it longer? get 11 section whip =D problem solved. in competition usually whole whip length is same as from shoulder to ground.
