Blademaster is overlooked. its atomic slash can go through Incinerations I-Frames, and its pretty much a oneshot, it also has a oneshot combo, and its atmos cleave and have extra damage if a Brutal Demon uses homerun whilst BladeMaster is in atmos starting animation.

Maybe theyll FINALLY add some map variety in the next update because this one is old enough to the point that some people have MEMORIZED where the trashcan and tree hitboxes are to do wall combos on air after the trees and shi get destroyed.
Honestly speaking: I joined a little after metal bat was fully released, and i immediately fell in love with his moveset.
However it hurt to learn that the games meta, Garou,(now including tatsumaki) will always win against me in m1 trades, following up with a 75 dmg kyoto combo.
Recently, out of sheer determination to do a black flash as metal bat, ive learned to time my m1s so that it doesnt matter who; i can win an m1 trade.
So i think taking away the unique speeds of m1s would ruin that experience of finally overcoming the difficulty curve for new players, and instead reward copy pasting other peoples combos and playstyles.
yeah but most new players stay away from metal bat due to his slow m1 speeds as well as garou and tats being fast with fast damage and tats having range. Sure it feels good but the speed rn is TOO slow making it really hard for new players and even me. not to mention genos being able to win due to range and sonic having the shuriken

@@Umbr0 actually yeah that would be a better fix i also think they should change his passive so instead of being a ripoff down slam but with a janky hitbox its a big bat swing that launches your enemy further than the normal 4rth m1 which would not only keep metals uniqiueness but would also let him get more breathing room in fights and will let him combo more with grand slam or foul ball

Oh my god, 5:00 you actually made the point I thought about, I really wanted to defend Metal Bat because he’s still REALLY good despite metal bat being considered the worst by many. And as you’ve said, people really began to adapt to MB’s slow M1s and tried other ways of going in to get the first hit, I mean a lot of MB’s moves are unblockable. all except for beatdown.

99.9% of tsb players lack the mental faculty to make choices of their own volition not influenced by the masses, this is the same reason why suiryu and garou are getting voted so much, people love garou because he is the super cool chad only uses fists and wits type character and people believe they can live in that archetype. As a genos main, It is so OP that the 1st skill can make u combo extend with good damage and sometimes does the finisher even if the enemy is at 20-18% health and the fact that ur skill cooldown will be gone if u did a finisher on someone it just gets back the used skill and reuse it. The jetdive also has a good finisher that can damage players that are down there and when its done u can just hold 3rd skill and you get another free damage while in the AIR, ignition burst alone gives ur enemy at 75-80% health (with the tech) and the blitz shot can chrage up, long range and hits like a truck while u charged it at max

For the slow m1's as Saitamas, it makes it easier to animate, not having to spend an extra day or two creating sfx + animating for the character. The people who agreed to this are somewhat aware that with this characters will be able to be released faster. Like Gojo, in Private Servers, he uses Garous wall combo, it just makes it easier

I know it sounds weird but say there is someone behind you and you hunters grasp the other way. you will naturally turn around to knock them over but if you do it too quickly, they will escape the hunters grasp but the animation will still play, so they can punish you for using a move (like pinpoint cut)

My question to wellworks and the community is how can you place a time on boros when the characters have been releases consistently between 3-6 months after metal bat, which realistically mean he is coming out sometime in early 2025 to early 2026, like I get the order counts, but it’s vague and doesn’t provide much context to when as we could get some character that take 2 weeks like Garou original or say we get the regular planning of all base in about 1 month and all ult in 2 months, but we could further be hit with another tatsumaki
Not to forget that if you ragdoll someone and you use the second part of ignition burst (the actual blast,) it does the same amount of putting the two parts together, creating 23%. This is PERFECT for console users since they can’t do the both parts.

I think Suiryu will be the perfect counter character against Hero Hunter, both close range yet has different moves. Child Emperor would be like genos able to hit multiple targets at once and a lot of damage but easy to block. Zombieman would be like metal bat where if you take damage you ult bar fills up, i can tell zombieman is gonna get used by teamers
suiryu is the worst choice as it stands either he's ten Times better than garou or he's worse so no one uses him he's just gonna be a garou re skin

People voted for Garou because of 1v1s. Genos is perfect in the base game. But in the face of a competent player in 1v1, logging wouldn't change the outcome of a fight. And that's not mentioning the inescapable 1 shot combo garou can do, where your only saving grace is a ragdoll cancel that everyone has figured how bait, or another player interrupting, which just doesn't exist in a 1v1.

2. Dimension Barrage, a rapid fire of punches, is unleashed on the opponent, which makes small parts of the map crack when using this. 15 Damage. Shown in Episode 12:49. FINISHER releases a bunch of fast punches that make gravitational pull that pull rubble in crushing them into a splatter of blood.
3. Universe Splitting Kick. Makes a zig zag pattern (requested by @ADMtheMonkay) towards the opponent and unleashes a devastating kick to the stomach with both feet. 20 Damage. FINISHER, Round House kicks them to the ground and grabs with legs throws into air and does a bicycle kick back to the ground and flys towards them and pound their face into the ground creating a small crater.
4. Regenerative Counter. Turns into spiked ball for 3 seconds, and if opponent hits them, they come out and slam foot into face. 20 Damage, 20 Regen. FINISHER. Turns into spiked ball for 3 seconds. If the opponent hits them, they spin around with spikes faster and faster until the opponent explodes. 30 Regen.

Pushes hands into the ground, trapping anyone within the radias, the user creates a beam of purple light, burning the opponent in its path, which explodes a little bit on the sides of the beam. 30 Damage Range is about 2 meters squared.
2. Shadowclone Pummeling
Releases a powerful uppercut packed with energy (if it hits) and hits with knees elbows back and forth so fast it creates after images. The user charges all the energy left in their ult time into one shot, taking about 10 seconds to fire, which unleashes a gigantic ray of destruction that blows up 20% of the map in seconds. @@NoreMacYT saitama is really strong in the anime but you dont see him do that much damage, even though he kinda does, in one singular combo without using any techs besides the shove one
This is cool but there are some flaws. 1. There are too many dash like moves. 2. There are too many repetitive moves. I do like your style though, and both the 4th moves for baseset and ult.
To fix the flaws, instead of the dash in the second move baseset, you could drag them on the ground while pulling them, like tatsumakis pull, and then do the rest of the move. For the first ult move, you could do a zigzag in the air, slowly coming down doing a HUGE PUNCH leaving a crater in the ground, and them in the ground aswell, and that stuns them in the ground keeping them there for however long the purple light thing attacks, and after it finishes, they just get up normally. The finisher for that move could be a cool downslam with some attacks and everything else the same.
I have NEVER seen someone glaze genos so hard lol. Regarding the m1 thing, I completely agree. (Also tatsumaki is the most op character, no doubt)

@@krq7288 That isn't what zombieman does. Hes basically a buff human who can regenerate from anything. Nothing can really kill him. He mainly shoots or uses weapons like axes and swords

Garou just has eyeframe moves.and Non of Genos moves have eye frame as for basic moveset, that’s why Genos has a lot of cool features for genos. Garou has cool techs for m1 since his m1 knockbacks high so you can do Kyoto or twisted. And genos has one range move and three high range moves. What really matters is skills for these two characters
I really hope they add a Darkshine moveset. I really wanna see one of his ults be a one hit kill with a scene of him rushing at your enemy like that once scene in the manga where he's rushing at garou!

1. Be a passive and focused player and fake out or confuse the enemy (That way the enemy cannot adapt)
2 Be a aggressive and effective player and go on to people directly to have more potential to deal damage and not let your opponent escape

I genuinely agree with your point with genos but the problem is that most Garou players are extremely skilled and they are losing to the skill part, not the character part. Basically they just can't cope hard enough to realize that its the skill, not the character.
The devs of the strongest battlegrounds will give Zombieman quicker regeneration compared to the other characters (obviously) and Zombie man might have the same passive as Garou (when landing a finisher you get a free heal) however I am not sure how you would kill him maybe by killing him before he gets the chance to even regenerate.
The devs would add a mech suit for child emperor which adds further potential I mean God knows what moves they would add but I have a few suggestions: the ability to stomp, punch the ground etc these would work as the mech suit is bigger than the characters in OPM.
However for Suiryu, I believe his moves would be the same as Garou's moveset as they both fight similarly and dont use weapons (fists) they both also use martial arts as a form of their fightstyle.
Either way I am very excited to see Suiryu. (Lets try to get theholygrail to 1M subs before 2025 )

I would personally like child emperor before zombie man and over suiryu. If what the poll means “out of which characters do you want, pick the one you want” situation so much potential would be lost with those two especially child emperor. I would think it’d be badass to see a transformation into brave gaint there’s so many ways to make him balanced and fair example make his m1s slow like brutal demon. Or have it have a long charge up for certain attacks in ult mode.
And the m1 thing would feel weird, the different the m1 speeds have you adapt to how you have to play a character like it takes skills I dunno I feel like we shouldn’t get a copy paste of a character and keep the not updated m1 stuff.

I think the only reason why people say garo is good is because when you kill someone you heal but for my opinion when you dealing with a runner / teamer is a bit hard with a close range character but genos it just perfect like you can run away as you say and can deal with mostly anything except counters
Deadly ninja vs hero hunter is unfair af for deadly ninja. The startup times and projectile speeds make him a free character to counter
making m1s the same speed won't remove the ability to play like old metal bat. this is a really good change for everyone. nobody loses.
All I gotta say, is genos' evasive does damage and can be used as a combo starter if you're skilled enough...
