@Dave's Archives can you find or upload videos if like work out videos from the 80s or 90s??? Like the buns of steel commercials I can't find them any where I beg you please!!! 👍👍☺️☺️🎈🎈🎆🎆✨️✨️

to all who had a happy holiday season back in '87, now's the time to rekindle those memories and enjoy them once again. Happy Holidays in July everyone and to all a good summer's night!

Oddly I hated M*A*S*H until I grew older and I understood the show better. Then the best times...... Saturday mornings 🌄.....why? CARTOONS!! The 70's had the BEST 📺TV📺 shows ever on Saturdays. Born in 1979 and these 80’s videos are the best nostalgia trip ever. Thank you Dave for helping to pull these clips up from the back of mind. It feels like I found a warm blanket…. Keep up the good work and the archiving!
I'm so glad I came across this. I'm battling terminal bone and organ cancer and I don't think I'm gonna make it to Christmas this year, so this is the closest I'm going to get. Thank you for posting. God bless!
Christmas 1987 is one of my fondest memories from my childhood. I got The Real Ghostbusters Firehouse playset and the G.I. Joe Mobile Command Center for Christmas.
I don't know what I got at any particular year, as a kid, but I remember all the toys I had back then - Cabbage Patch kids, a Lite Brite, a Hungry Hungry Hippos game, things like that. I remember how huge Ghostbusters was, I think there was a Ghostbusters cartoon I used to watch on Saturday mornings.
35 years later and I remember that Doublemint gum commercial at 2:35 like it was yesterday! I was 4 in 1987 and have so many great memories of these commercials. I’d give anything to go back.

I have a tape of the first part of this video with the Muppets! This hits me in all the feels, this was my favorite Christmas special and I wore the tape out watching it so much. You're my hero for uploading these commercials! Thank you and keep up the amazing work!

Thanks for another banger set as always Dave 👍 Also I was looking up a tape deck belt for a "My First Sony" AM/FM/Cassette deck I found recently for my great nephew at a local Habbitat For Humanity re-use store(if anyone cares I got it for $5 as the lady working there did not put a price on it, and said name your price when I got to the checkout), and man that stuff still goes for a good chunk on eBay, even just for parts units. 🤯
A Bill Cosby movie trailer followed by a Playboy channel advertisement. I laughed my f^#%ing a$$ off. If only they knew then what we know now. I miss the innocence of the 80’s.
Not gonna lie, I had bittersweet feelings about Christmas for about a good 15 years. Nostalgia made me look forward to Christmas, but the reality was that there where a bunch of things I'd want that I wouldn't get which made me kind of bitter. That bitterness morphed into self loathing because I knew why I couldn't get most of what I wanted so I felt like a selfish prick for wanting anything at all, yet unable to fully suppress that want or disappointment when I can't get something. Things have greatly improved over the last ten or years, but I still have a hard time even considering presents I might want. Same thing with my birthday.
We were too poor to afford most of the things on tv, but watching the christmas commercials hit me with the same nostalgia as if we had been able to have those things. It is still a good childlike feeling and as an adult I realize that stuff didn't matter as much as I thought.
@@mywifesboyfriend5558 LsOL ..my fam at the time had one and then we got the touch tone buttons one when that was available. My fam got one of those answering machines to go w/ it. That's when you started to get ANNOYING A.F. telemarketing calls. At the time, my fam had to LITERALLY tell them to be put on the DO NOT CALL list. Then we had a FAX for a while. (I'M SHOCKED that fax still exists to this DAY.) That's when cordless touch tone phones became available. There are still cordless touch tones available today if ANY ONE still has or uses land lines. Those still exist. I'm kinda sad to see phone booths and pay phones vanish. Although there were many reasons why they all had to be removed. So that's, meh. ^u^🙃

At the 29:05 mark? The commercial for Eveready🔋Batteries🔋, what was the Young lady putting her Eveready batteries🔋🔋into? 😳😳😳😳😳 Just a joke don't freak out about it.
Damn 95% of the movies are in some of these commercials I never heard of. Now I know where those movies came from that are in the bargain bin at Wal-mart.
Sorry about the earlier upload today. I uploaded the wrong video. But, how bout that cheese?? 😄😄
“Don’t forget the Rohypnol!” ~ Bill Cosby
Yummy 😋🤤.
The Cosby "Leonard Part 6" trailer was great. Forgot that movie even existed.
Why were they pushing dairy products so much then? Was there an act passed by Congress to fund these or something?

Thanks Dave!!!
I remember most of these commercials.
Really takes you back.
22:23 ironic that’s he’s sleeping.
They were REALLY pushing Leonard Part 6 hard, it makes its performance and reception even funnier
Yeah, the Bill Cosby stuff didn't age well.
I always have to laugh nowadays at the "complete breakfasts" that were in every single Cereal ad of my youth. No wonder I got chubby.
And the pancake, and the eggs, and the bacon, and...
USDA propaganda at its finest 🤣
Another block to add t o my playlist..the thing i hate about watching these? When they end
Lmfao she looks better at 8:29. Then she transforms into someone's mom after using the shampoo 😂
36:06 back when lying under oath was actually punished lol
Happy Holidays!
I bet some of these kids now grown ups today regret being in some of these adverts. I'd like to know where some of THEM are today! I LOVE
I remember the rotary phones. What a hassle, but it was what we had.
К 1987 году сценарии и режиссура американской рекламы достигли таких высот, что я даже сохраню эту подборку

Who sings that opener? I can't seem to find the song.
Why is your new posting blocked.
Because of a silly Jimi Hendrix song playing in one of the ads :(
You should do the British Christmas Adverts for Christmas this year?
45:35 Looks like Bill Cosby got to her beer stein first.....
She was asleep for it.
