Yes it has ms office student 2021 lifetime free .. it has nice gaming experience bt I would like to tell u that it's not a gaming laptop so if u wanna do gaming just go for gaming laptops .. overall it has smooth experience, no hearing issue bt if u will keep laptop over ur lap or bed it will get heated no matter which laptop it is so for no heat use it over table ..
the keyboard in sliver grey has letters which are rather faint and difficult to see. anyone else has had this issue. If keyboard had been black with white lettering it would have been much better
