I watched a number of UA-cam videos of CC warming up, playing the round, and her interviews. I’m a golf fan, meaning that I only occasionally will watch part of an LPGA event. When Tiger was in his prime, I watched PGA tournaments more devotedly. However, these days I rarely watch an entire round, PGA or LPGA. I will fast-forward through the round, only pausing to watch my favorite players, or certain exciting shots. I’ll also pause to watch certain exciting holes at some of the big tournaments. It is similar to how I’ve been watching tennis lately. In this case, if it weren’t for CC, I would not have watched The Annika. FYI, Quita, Nelly Korda’s sister, Jessica, is also a pro golfer, and their brother, Sebastian, is one of the top American tennis players. They’re a special family for sure. In any case, I’ll watch just about anything w/ Caitlin Clark, even over NFL or NBA. In fact, other than watching my Longhorns, I don’t watch as much sports as I used to, except, of course, until CC made the Fever a must-watch game.
CC had me so I clicked on your channel! What a fine wholesome person you seem to be, and can appreciate what Caitlin can do with her genuine personality and the crowds!
I didn't watch the actual live golf program but couldn't help checking out any UA-cam golf videos featuring Caitlin. I don't watch much television with the exception of NFL football.
Everyone here is saying the right things, the LPGA and the women are all supporting each other, good publicity for everyone. The WNBA's sheer incompetence on marketing Clark and the WNBA is staggering. They hate their own biggest star.
It's ridiculous that the WNBA pretty much pushed the only draw to their sport. Caitlin had people focus on the games, because of her talent and charisma. Now the WNBA will go back to being subsidized by the NBA, and losing 3 to 6 million every year. Women can't handle the thought of someone being better than they are. They cut down and destroy other women that get more attention than they do. It's insane.
I used to play golf back in the 80s when I was a teenager & you better believe I knew about this & have it recording on my dvr to watch when I get home! I think she should keep playing golf and why not, she is good at it!
I’m from Des Moines IA. I will watch our CC in anythingshe does. She should go Pro. They love her and Respect her unlike the damn WNBA who have tried to seriously hurt her!
Oh, would you cut it out! Everyone gets fouled in basketball, its part of the nature of the sport. One time I caught an elbow to the lip and my tooth went through it. Didn't even get a foul call. It happens sometimes
She mentioned during the women’s summit she had not had a vacation since the end of the season. With her endorsement obligations I wonder how much time she actually has for herself. The Annika was sponsored by Gainbridge, also one of her sponsors. I believe there are only 2 more tournaments left this season. She already (jokingly) complained about the WNBA season being in the summer, when you should be playing golf.
I have been watching because of CC. She seems to be such a great person who loves women’s sports! I’m so glad she seems to be handling all this attention with such grace. 💖
I am a horrendous golfer and relate more to women's golf than to men's golf because they hit the ball about as far as I can but they do it more consistently and thus their scores are better. Caitlin seems to have a nice swing but she's not ready for prime time, especially if she's only playing once a week. The lessons she got probably helped her be more consistent and man she has a really nice putting stroke. Loved that Maria Fassi was one of the first LPGA players to come up to her to get a picture. Pretty good stuff.
Dewanna put that lock and key on CC and sent her HOME! It was so bad that they had to swindle Connecticut's coach just to make CC look good next year 😂... By the way, Bonner is an older player and on the brink of retirement. She has already played her years and will be in the hall of fame. Will CC??
@@BrandonSmith-rb1bf Wow, why so much hate? Let's be honest, before CC I didn't even watch WNBA since it was so boring, when CC is on the court, WOW, that's something I'm longing for, not even NBA can reach that level of excitement, to this day I still can't remember more than a few names in the WNBA besides CC
Caitlin can do whatever she wants. If she went overseas for basketball their ratings would sky rocket. It's not a surprise that she's packing them in at Annika's Pro Am.
I watched Caitlin on the Golf Channel. It was like watching Tiger Wood. Shee is a rock starr. All the people with signs and wearing their #22 zInfiana jerseys and T-shirts. I definitely see CC becoming a popular fixture for the LPGA.
I'm from Iowa and have been watching her for a while and I don't think she is going anywhere. She wants to stay close to her family and friends and her boyfriend just got a coaching job at Butler. And she wants to win. New coach and teammates will turn her into a beast.
Good to see uplifting commentary for a change. I have never watched golf until now. ❤❤I support all women’s sports like CC. I wish WNBA would be better role models and I love a lot of them. I don’t think some of them understand you don’t have to tear someone down to be lifted up. You are a doll❤❤❤❤
CC had me watching golf. Thats crazy. I was already aware of who Nelly Korda was, so it was cool to see Caitlin paired with the best women's golfer in the world.
I have been catching it through the day, but I catch every interview and every sit-down conversation. CC22 will help promote women's athletics every way possible! It seems nice to see women who are grateful for her attention not trying to tear her down with critical attacks.
I’ve been watching LPGA for a while. A pro told me that most men’s golf swings are similar to women’s golf swings. So I watch to try and improve my game.
The LPGA did a great job of promoting her. I wish the WNBA would have gotten on board. She was exciting to watch on the court. The more women support other women in other sports, the better. I watch the LPGA anyway. The women have such great tempo. As a matter of fact, I have the tournament on right now.
I guess it makes sense that the fine motor rate control that can deliver 3 pointers can also be used to control a golf swing. I recommend ping pong next.
I just learned, from this video, that Caitlin was a very good soccer player, in high school. That might be an explanation for how she developed such strong, quick legs and footwork. In soccer, the legs must be so strong, and the feet, so quick and tricky!
I'm glad she's enjoying herself. She's supporting women's golf, now, and that's great. But I don't believe she should feel obligated. Let the girl has some fun, and do as she pleases.

Let's be honest, before CC I didn't even watch WNBA since it was so boring, when CC is on the court, WOW, that's something I'm longing for, not even NBA can reach that level of excitement, to this day I still can't remember more than a few names in the WNBA besides CC
@@livreene7250 Me? Hate? Did you read @squillz comment??
@@BrandonSmith-rb1bf Congratulations! You are now in the top 10 on the CC HAATTERR list
Just discovered your channel. Love it watching women’s golf because of Caitlyn
Never played or watched golf in my life. Until today.😊
Wow no pettiness from the LPGA .
Nice to see CC having fun and helping the golf league with her presence. Amazing girl!
love all the videos you've been dropping
Caitlin can do whatever she wants. If she went overseas for basketball their ratings would sky rocket. It's not a surprise that she's packing them in at Annika's Pro Am.
I watched Caitlin on the Golf Channel. It was like watching Tiger Wood. Shee is a rock starr. All the people with signs and wearing their #22 zInfiana jerseys and T-shirts. I definitely see CC becoming a popular fixture for the LPGA.
Clark for president. She is an honest respectable human being. She makes us all better. She is a star brighter than our sun.
Another Caitlin Clark effect here... now I'm your subscriber❤❤❤
Great channel. You are a super lady. I will now make sure I keep watching your stuff
I'm from Iowa and have been watching her for a while and I don't think she is going anywhere. She wants to stay close to her family and friends and her boyfriend just got a coaching job at Butler. And she wants to win. New coach and teammates will turn her into a beast.
I am not watching golf...I am watching you telling me about it...good work...
I watch because she is really really good as a basket baller. All this other stuff is just a bonus but a bonus I for one am happy to embrace.
I like your outlook on things! And yes CC made me interested in women’s BB
CC had me watching golf. Thats crazy. I was already aware of who Nelly Korda was, so it was cool to see Caitlin paired with the best women's golfer in the world.
I have not been a golf fan, but I'm stoked to follow Caitlin. However, now I find myself thinking about taking up playing golf !!! Who knew !!
Women's basketball players need to watch LPGA media conferences. A lesson in professionalism. Great cross pollunating women sports.
❤The world's loving it that's how it's done WNBA need to take notes😂😂
ANYONE else notice the grass was greener on the course today? more than usual...I credit CC
He'll ya, we're watching it❤
Oh, I like your show, thanks for being their
Unfortunate that Caitlin gets more praise and acknowledgment from members of a golf association than from her own basketball league smh
Be real. The league has been giving her props for a while now. The super stars have come around and have been caught joking around with her.
@terrygracy8345 negative. Trust me, I've been paying attention.
@terrygracy8345 minus her own teammates, 5-7 players cracking a joke with Clark don't make your statement factual
@ so have I. A lot of
@terrygracy8345 well, agree to disagree then.
I’ve followed the LPGA for years. I was particularly exciting to hear that the L extended an invitation to CC. What a bold move!
As a newish subscriber, I must say I enjoy and respect your content. About CC22 - isn't she just the gift that keeps giving?👍
I have been catching it through the day, but I catch every interview and every sit-down conversation. CC22 will help promote women's athletics every way possible! It seems nice to see women who are grateful for her attention not trying to tear her down with critical attacks.
Caitlin Clark 🙌⛳🔥
I’ve been watching LPGA for a while. A pro told me that most men’s golf swings are similar to women’s golf swings. So I watch to try and improve my game.
Coming in the future "Caitlin does: Soccer, Tennis, Bowling, Gymnastics, Baseball, Ice hockey. Ping Pong, full Contact Checkers. Attendance and viewership numbers skyrocket."
Full contact checkers. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Clark combines tremendous athleticism with humility and grace. That's why people love her. Other celebrities and athletes can learn a lot from her.
The LPGA did a great job of promoting her. I wish the WNBA would have gotten on board. She was exciting to watch on the court. The more women support other women in other sports, the better. I watch the LPGA anyway. The women have such great tempo. As a matter of fact, I have the tournament on right now.
CC is Awesome! ❤❤🎉🎉
💯 I’m watching CC !⛳️
I'm glad she's enjoying herself. She's supporting women's golf, now, and that's great. But I don't believe she should feel obligated. Let the girl has some fun, and do as she pleases.
I think this is fifty fifty biz and pleasure for her.
Hell Yes!!! Women sports rock!!!
I like the Midnight Star Verse from the song Midas Touch , Everything I touch turns to Gold.
I love that Caitlin finds the joy in everything she does!❤❤
