Hi there am billy from kenya, I have a diploma in quantity survey and anxiety is killing me. I've been called up for a job and am not sure if i know everything, Will all the work be on me or the engineer will be glad to help me mature? Am i ready for this? All this makes me sick 😪 please help.
Hi Billy ! Don't stress yourself...a good company will clearly stipulate and guide you on their processes and expectations and you'll be given the tools take on the role. You'll also see that no one has it all figured out. Ask questions as you go and I hope it's a healthy and welcoming environment for you to grow. All the best and you've got this !
