100k views!!! When I first started the channel I would never have thought that any of my videos would get that many views! Now I regret the bad lighting in this one :P Thank you so much everyone!
Thank you so much for your words! I really appreciate it! When I started to learn the guitar I started with an acoustic guitar and then later switched to an electric guitar. Maybe you could try that because acoustic guitars are much cheaper in general. Thank you for watching :)
I can't thank you enough! You have amazing content! I'm surprised how little subscribers you have. Keep up the great work you do! Subcriber from rural Alaska
Ive started playing guitar a year ago and i learn kinda slow, but when i found your channel ive learned so many song than i did when i was just looking at tabs from Songster
@@jctabs its been a week an I have officially learned the song thanks to you. I just had to work on my palm muting. Next song is I feel like monster by skillet!!
I love how all these songs sound so complex and complicated until you learn the chords and tabs, then figure out the right tuning and distortion. From there on, it feels like kindergarten level learning lol 😂
Good job man, seems like a fairly easy song to try out. Never took actual guitar lessons before but somehow learned by myself but do want to...thanks! 👍
+Joseph Doak thank you so much! I normally use the boss me 70 multieffect. You can find a short video on this channel where I show some of the features :)
Your video (and all your video) are very helpful... It's may possible that beginer (like me xD) needs more information, but thanks for your video! . (I don't speak english very well... Sorry!)
+Strings&Tabs I got another question tho I want to buy an electric guitar But since I heard that there is a lot of different kinds I found it hard to choose All I want is a guitar that at least sound like yours in this video Does every electric guitar can do that sound? If so than how
The one in the video is an Epiphone Les Paul Standard. It is really great for all kind of sounds. Also the amp is important. I use a BOSS ME 70 multieffect for recording but if you are a beginner you should check out the Roland Cube Amp. You can create really cool rock sounds with them! Hope that helps you :)
@@jctabs honestly your cover is very inspiring to me because it's my first song I'll be learning and definitely will be referring to this video for instructions. How long did it take you to get this good?
@@jctabs that's amazing. I'm still a beginner myself and I aspire to be good as well. I have 2 hours aday to practice. Would you recommend a certain schedule?
I think with two hours a day you will get really good in no time. No need for scheduling. But I would recommend start with lesser time every day. Your brain and hands need to get used to the new coordinated movement and it will learn these things while you are asleep. So practice a little everyday and give your brain time to process it in the night. Let me know about your progress please.
I don't know why nobody has pointed this out but your opening riff is wrong. at 0:21, it's not just open 6 and 5. this was 4 years ago and you probably know this already, just pointing it out though.
Can you do anything by breaking Benjamin? So cold, diary of Jane, breakdown, home, red cold river, sugarcoat, shallow bay, break my fall..... any one of these please and thank you
Thanks for your answer. No i want to bye one but at the Moment i have no Money so i have to wait. Maybe in a few weeks i Can bye the rocktile, if everything goes right.
Alright. For beginners I always recommend Ibanez guitars as well for rock music. Maybe you can check out some of their models. Otherwise the rocktile seems like a decent guitar and a good choice as well :)
Great band, great song, great cover.

Yes and thank you so much!!
2:50 How do I make it sound that way?
Hey dude how's 315k views on the best tutorial I've ever seen?
Easiest Drop C song in my opinion. Good for beginners
How long did this take you to learn? I know it’s been 3 years since this video, but I’m about to start guitar and I just wanted to know :p
I was already playing guitar for a while back then so this one was pretty easy. But if you have just started I would guess it takes about 2 weeks?
How much was that guitar? I like it a lot
I don't know why nobody has pointed this out but your opening riff is wrong. at 0:21, it's not just open 6 and 5. this was 4 years ago and you probably know this already, just pointing it out though.
que amplificador usas? si es uno a valvulas me podrias recomendar uno a transistores que almenos pueda parecerme a ese sonido
I don’t know fuckin how but my fingers just went goated to play this
Can you do anything by breaking Benjamin? So cold, diary of Jane, breakdown, home, red cold river, sugarcoat, shallow bay, break my fall..... any one of these please and thank you
Bro that was so good waw😱
Thank you 🙏
What peddles/amp setting did u use for this
What does D Drop C mean? Is it drop C tuning but the top string tuned to D?
It's just another way of saying Drop C tuning. The D only signals that it is originally a D tuning.
I have little question. What's mean drop D or drop C at the begin of all your covers? I'm beginer so I don't know every guitar things.
Hey, that’s the tuning. Normally your guitar is tuned in E Standard. But for most of my covers you need a different tuning for your strings.
Amazing cover! Can ı have your amp settings
Thank you!! I don't know the settings anymore :(
Hi, what effects did you use?
Badazz 🤘☠💀👹
Thank you
🖤
Hey what guitar is this
Epiphone...
Nice
thanks :)
hey uh im not sure on if you still reply but if anyone know what his settings are on his amp then please tell me
(DARKFIC/SLICE OF LIFE/UPLIFTING)
Can you send me the preset that you use to play this song? Guitar rig 5
Please Do digging my own grave by Escape The Fate
Hey i have a question, is this regular drop c? How come in the beginning of said D Drop C
+Shadow fire hey it is regular drop c. The d is just to signal that it is a variation of a d tuning
strings&tabs thanks!
Hey there, i want to ask if i also Can use a Rocktile L-100 for such Songs?
Sure :) you can use whatever guitar you want but of course it will always sound a little different. Have you already bought the rocktile?
Thanks for your answer. No i want to bye one but at the Moment i have no Money so i have to wait. Maybe in a few weeks i Can bye the rocktile, if everything goes right.

Okay, thanks i think i check this also out. So in School are some of them i think but i can't Play now xD Stupid Sport. Thanks for this Tip
What type of guitar is that though?
That is the Epiphone Les Paul Standard
is only the low e is tuned down to c or its in drop c ?
It's completely in drop c
strings&tabs thanks
What is this guitar called?
Playing in the clip What is it called?
It is the Epiphone Les Paul Standard.
would u answer a noob question? :D D Drop C means -> tune guitar to D Standard but also drop the thick E String to C?
Mentario Allen exactly! another name for the tuning would just be drop c tuning :)
k thx, ill try :D wish i had a standard too :D could only afford a epi les paul tribute
Mentario Allen well I just sold mine yesterday :D
