One of the things i admire about.Colin is his generosity of spirit. No hard feelings with Lagoon, indeed some really positive friendships. Would that everyone could be the same. 😊😊
In the end, Lagoon got a chance to show they stand behind their product, and saw through the initial controversy to recognize how many potential catamaran buyers that Parlay Revival was creating. There are a lot of company who have shot themselves in the foot when dealing with similar situations. They could take a lesson from Lagoon... If you gotta eat a shit sandwich, take the bite, and smile while you're chewing. People respect that.😅
Colin you are such a generous man, thank you for helping Travis, Shawna, and their family get enough money to repair their boat. You really are an incredible human! I know you must be close to French Polynesian by now. Please stay safe and enjoy your wonderful life.
The Parlay Patreon meetup was such a great time. I can’t believe I got to meet Jamie and Colin-such nice guys-they literally took the time to chat with everyone that was there.
Love this episode! Looks like you had a blast!! Poor Colin sounded like he was losing his voice by the end of the boat show. It was awesome seeing Dave, Colleen, and so many other familiar faces there!! I'm so impressed with the editing since Britt came along! Enjoy French Polynesia you guys!!
Congratulations on the magazine cover! I was actually US Sailing “Sailor of the Week” in Latitude 38 a few years back. It’s a great feeling of recognition 😃
Colin, your humbleness is an inspiration to mirror and the rally to help the family w/the damaged boat, also is inspiring. Thanks Mate for sharing so much of you and the Parlay Crew!!!
Lol! Taking the Piss of out DS and his snail pace editing! Jamie " This episode will air in 2030~ , ~ Great VLOG1 Fair Winds and Calm Seas! Cheers from Florida!
Thank you for being humble no greater joy too see genuine kind people having an adventure of a life time! Hope you guys are close to French Polynesia enjoy bruu
With much respect, I've been following your channel for years now, and I want to tell you, they're all great, but there's someone who always stands out, for his sympathy and for being funny, that's Davis Shee, thanks for your videos Colin and crew Greetings from Uruguay South America
Great episode! Can't wait for you guys to be going through south east Pacific and visiting all those islands and countries. Lots of good stuff coming...
That's funny. I feel like some of my favorite episodes are just about to pop off.! I of course love seeing different places. Traveling to exotic beaches with beautiful women. I mean damn. Living the dream.! But I guess I'm an engineer first.! Because I love even more seeing old things made new through ingenuity and hard work.! And if it can't be repaired. Then replaced with a new streamlined efficient version. That almost makes you glad you had to replace it.! So I'm always super psyched for some good maintenance.! Fantastic video. 👍👍
I just power Binged your whole series after I found the rescued at sea by freighter video. Great story, and glad you could bring the story to the people, and help the family.❤ I am hooked on your channel now. Can't wait for the next episodes! It would be cool if you did a little 30 second bit covering your plans for when you think you'll head out across the Pacific. I'm not sure what the crossing season is. Hope you guys (and us avid watchers) don't have to wait till next year.
Protecting manatees is becoming a big deal. I'm drawing a swing bridge over Bayou Barataria for a steel fabricator (Jean Lafitte the pirate's stomping grounds). For the first time, the specifications for the project include a section on protecting the manatees. Manatees are showing up more and more in the bayous of south Louisiana.
tu meke my man, love watching your journey. Your fully an inspiration. Funny i first came across you in an episode of Below deck about 3-4 years ago then jump onto watch your UA-cam page. Been a fan every since, love your mahi! nga mihi
Whew, just finally caught up to the latest episode starting from the beginning… now I have to wait? Patience is a virtue 🤷🏻♂️ Thoroughly enjoying the ride, and can’t wait to see you sail Parlay Revival into your (& mine) home waters of New Zealand. I can just see the drone shot of Rangitoto now… 🇳🇿🤙🏽

When you started your channel the USA was in lockdown. I was working at home. I watched a lot of UA-cam during that time. With retirement coming up, i thought sailing is something i could do. I was in forest fire management so i had no free time in summers. After i retired, i joined the local sailing center and took a few classes and got some certifications. Also doing some racing. Members who have some ASA certifications can use the center's boats. They have 80 sailboats from 14' to 29'. A membership is a few hundred bucks a year. You don't need to spend thousands to get into sailing. At 65 I prefer to sail locally and jump on a plane if I want to travel.
Man, I saw "fast catamaran", "John", and "Vela" and immediately thought somehow John John Florence got his Gunboat-Vela to Miami.......I was thinking whaaat😁! Cheers
The Miami International Boat show started Feb. 15, WAY before the ad. Most videos come out months after the events, only videos intros and time sensitive stuff are filmed near video release.
Well done Colin for helping the family that has the damaged boat!
It was a blast hosting the Parlay team and Patreons! It’s one giant family and the love is real 🙌
You’re the man Carlos!
Your a legend Man! Cool Crib in Miami! Showing the love for our salty sailors from Parlay Revival and the side kick DS! Cheers to you mate!!!!!,--
Loved it! Thank you again, Carlos!

Highfield is a class act! They supply support boats for free to the Vendee Globe Yacht Race and always kind right down to the owner!
The Parlay Patreon meetup was such a great time. I can’t believe I got to meet Jamie and Colin-such nice guys-they literally took the time to chat with everyone that was there.
Well done, Colin and crew. You guys ROCK, and having Parlay on the front cover of the magazine is well deserved.

Colin, your humbleness is an inspiration to mirror and the rally to help the family w/the damaged boat, also is inspiring. Thanks Mate for sharing so much of you and the Parlay Crew!!!
There were wild peacocks in my South Miami neighborhood 50 years ago. Loved hearing their calls to each other in the late afternoon.
We had peacocks at our homestay in Sri Lanka. Awesome birds but not so great around sunrise when they start calling.
Colin, you are great human being! Thank you!
Thank you Collin and crew for sharing their story!, its amazing how many great people are out there! Cheers!!
Well done to the whole team behind this …. Super impressed

Watching Colin and the crew drinking BudLight just proof they have really been off the grid :)
oooor we are in for a plot twist….. Jaimie kind of rhymes with…..😂😂😂
Why do you have to bring up that snark crap?
The Miami International Boat show started Feb. 15, WAY before the ad. Most videos come out months after the events, only videos intros and time sensitive stuff are filmed near video release.
Or, maybe they don't get sucked into every stupid rage bait trap that comes along. This is the dumbest comment I've seen on any PR video so far.
