    Looks great but you forget to turn on ambient inclusion, screen space reflections and shadows. If you turn those on it wil take you render to the next level and won't make it look so flat. But otherwise great tutorial

    why eevee. is it better in this situation?

      In this case both engines are giving us the photorealistic results we want.. how's your progress so far?

      It's not really I would've have used cycles in my opinion cycles for this types of stuff gives more realistic look. Eevee is ai based lighting render engine and cycles is a ray tracing engine. That why cycles takes more time to render but gives a more realistic look. Especially when you have complex stuff like buildings. And as you can see the lighting in the video isn't that great and looks kinda flat that's because of the eevee engine. But it is not impossible to get realistic in eevee but it takes alot of time and great expertise to get that really realistic look in eevee
