This has been so helpful. Thank you so much I’m like crying. Cause I felt so stuck. I’ve had all those symptoms for so long. I’ve had a lot of stress in my mind & body. Haven’t been exercising cause I’ve been so tired after a long shift after work. I always binge eat. And you have just confirmed and given direction on what I should do next. Love you x
I began experiencing IBS last summer (one year ago), and the doctor just gave me antibiotics (for any parasites) and a "mild" diet for only two weeks, so I'm glad this video takes it several steps further and in a more well-rounded way!
Have u recovered
It’s so sad reading these comments and realizing how many of us woman suffer from gut issues 😞 we have so much pressure and stress that it kills us from the inside out. Happy healing to all of you xoxo
Woman I’m a man
Don’t usually comment but I’ve just got back from the doctor from a blood test for IBS and I am so grateful for this vid - I’ve been so confused and desperate for the past two years over all of the symptoms you’re saying, and seeing you get through it is giving me hope 💕
hi Eve how are you now?
There is a blood test for IBS??? What's the name of it?
would be great if you could make a video of the meals you would make on a low fad diet, currently experiencing IBS and I have no idea what meals to make 😅 xx
Download the Monash University fodmap app! It’s got so much helpful info! Tells you what you can and can’t eat and gives you meal options & recipes ! Helped me lots x
Ashton Wood oh amazing! Thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰
What a coincidence, I have just been binge watching your videos
Aw yay! Thanks for coming 🥰❤️
I love your content Ash 👏💘
Thank you 🥺❤️❤️❤️
this is so inspiring thank you for the wake up call!
You’re welcome 🙏🏽❤️
do you eating sugar, drinking coffe now? hows your diet now?
so do i get it right? you did this diet for about 6 months + changed your lifestyle (sport, probiotic..) and then the pain went away? i am afraid of eating "normal" after such a long diet :o in one of your latest videos you ate toast with cheese and avocado und i thought... well... is she healed for ever????
Could you please do a realistic what I eat in a day for your gut heath ☺️
Do a what I eat in a week! I need some IBS meal ideas 🥰
Plain rice, boiled veggies, plain pasta with bit of mozarella cheese, chicken soup, grilled chicken and salad, beef casserole. No cream, milk, coloured veggies, fizzy drinks, pastries and chocolates.
Dark chocolate 🍫 is ok 2 cubes a day. No issues for tummy.
I have the same symptom but i havent got diagnosed yet
Been in a similar situation. My IBS got so bad I started having swallowing issues and it got to the point of having purée food. Clearly an underling anxiety issue making everyone worse, but man it’s amazing what a good dietitian and psych can do.
Did you ever notice or have symptoms as a kid? I remember always having to nervous pee before sport
what kind of probiotics do you take? supplement? if so, could you link the one? thanks xx
What probiotic do you take? Xx
Which probiotic do you take? Do you take any other supplements? ❤️
This comment is super old, but I made a whole video about this topic, here: ua-cam.com/video/DBFCiFbG-3Y/v-deo.html
Missed your vids Ashton, looking beautiful 😘
hey Ashton, how could you continue the low fodmap diet even though you see no change in your bloating for months? :) I'm on the low fodmap diet it's my 3rd month and it's really hard bcs it isn't working.
I am diet maker last 2year I have good knowledge about guts problem if you want to get help so I am also help you with 100 results
hi,how are you now? did you see any changes?
@@elif8928 unfortunately no. I was on the low fodmap diet for 9 months with no change
If the diet hasn't made a difference for 9 months, it's definitely time to move on. Usually you should see a difference from a diet change within about a month. If no difference, this means that the foods you removed weren't affecting your symptoms.
Thank you so much for this. So real and
authentic❤️🙌🏾
🥺❤️
I love you so so much ashton❤❤❤I'm from Morocco💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕😍💕
How did you find out about IBS? Only by stool test or endoscopy , colonoscopy ?🙏🏻💫
Hi Bridget, IBS is basically a diagnosis of exclusion...when your GI or MD rules out everythign else, they diagnose you wiht IBS, which basically means you have had bowel changes for 6+ months along with abdominal pain, that isn;'t celiac or IBD. GIs will often do colonoscopy and endoscopy, but you don't really need these for diagnosis. In my practice, I help people access SIBO and stool testing to check for possible underlying causes (infections), and help them with diet changes and supplements, to help identify triggers.
💜💜💜💜
What milk do you use for your coffee?? Also, great video.. Very insightful 💗
It's too beautiful! I'm rooting for U from 🇯🇵🍣👘
this sounds unhealthy tbh
stefanie okay have you researched what it is? I only briefly explain it and it’s only helpful for people with IBS.. in fact people end up getting way healthier from this as it’s all clean eating only.. not sure what’s unhealthy about it
me thinking I’m just eating too much but watching this and coming to the realisation that I might have IBS 👁👄👁
かわいい!
Your bloating might be from restricting foods. I know you were struggling with eating for a bit. No hate. You are beautiful!
Do you have any info on this? I don’t restrict, but sometimes I get so busy with work that I forget to eat, or I’m not getting enough calories throughout the day. I always feel bloated when that happens, which I find weird since I haven’t eaten much.
I never restricted foods or under-ate ! In fact I was over eating at that time which contributing to my stomach being irritated!
I only restricted foods when I went on the fodmap diet which cured me!
@@fairyfreak1 skipping meals causes the body to bloat because it is hungry - even if its not sending cues - which ccayses the stomach to create gases
I have been waiting for this vid since you mentioned it on your live like 2 years ago omg
I know sorry I took so long to film it!! 😫❤️
What probiotic did you take? Xx
Skip to 11:12 if u wanna get straight into the tips.
Thank F***king!!! God she was talking way way too much
Low fodmap diet is not supposed to fix anyone but only help manage symptoms. What I think had a bigger impact were the Chinese herbs, digestive tea, probiotics, decreasing sugar and mindfulness. Thank you for sharing and I am glad that you feel better!
I wondered if it was the parasite Chinese herbs too
i have all of these symptoms. i definitely want to change my diet. can you recommend a good and effective probiotic as well
I needed this vid
🙌🏽
I had the exact same issues. I took probiotics as well and para-stroy, which flushes and restores your gut. Digestive enzymes are great as well, it really settles your stomach after eating. I'm glad I'm not the only one...
Oh my gosh I had the same issue I had bad bacteria in my stomach. I remember feeling uncomfortable in everything I do or every time I ate the tiniest of things my stomach would start cramping up and it felt like my stomach had no room to breathe. Thanks so much for sharing this
Ibs has been with me for 10 years. And honestly I just learned to deal with it 😂 literally nothing works, any food sets it off. I appreciate you sharing your story. Thank you, always nice to not feel alone! Xxx
How big is your bloating pls tell me
so true .....nothing is working for me
Yes it does you need to eat chicken soup for two weeks then gradually get solids back but avoid eating any processed stuff or very fried. Take a natural green tea or supplement for immunity.
First you should know that all food is safe it nutritions and energy and unless there people eat the food that you are afraid of and they have zero symptoms then all the food is safe 🍎🥝🥦🥩🧀🥚🥖🥛don’t blame your self when you eat
Look for (german new medecine) and elemental diet to help your digestive system in the healing phase
This is what i needed! Suffering rn lol
Download the Monash app! I think it costs money but it helped me sooooo much!!! It has what you can and can’t eat and has recipes! 🙏🏽🙌🏽
Ashton Wood thank you so much for this video and yes i actually just downloaded that app just now 😄
What probiotics would you recommend? Xo
this was literally how i was feelin rn and all of a sudden your vid popped up! it was definitely a sign
Aw no! Hope this can help you 🙏🏽❤️
Gosh me too! So weird but so glad it popped up!
hi thank you so much for this video ! are you still going through IBS ? do you eat out ? FODMAP diet is kind of confusing because some say you can eat things that other FODMAP diet says you can't
Really thank you so much for this video, I've been struggling with this since like 2016, and people weren't very acknowledge about the subject which make it even more hard for me to understand it. Cause i got misdiagnosed by a lot of doctors.
This is sadly so common. Almost all my clients report the same :(
Low FODMAP has made a significant difference to my gut. It’s hasn’t cured it but it’s been the best thing to it.
It often does make a big difference, but you're right, it's not a cure!
what chinese medicine did you take? im dealing with the same issue but in my country there are no chinese naturopaths unfortunately
Thank you for sharing your story! This was so helpful❤️ I have been dealing with this same problem for a long time, so I am motivated to get help now and make a change. It’s good to hear that you got rid of it!
How is your journey going so far? I have IBS too but I’m sceptical of the low fodmap diet 😞
I have the same condition and it’s been ongoing for 3 years, as I’m typing this comment right now I just drank a laxative 2 hours ago to cleanse my stomach and nothing has worked so far. My mom suggested that I go to the doctor on Tuesday 🙇🏽♀️
@Isabella Soto laxatives help with bowel movements since I have a problem with constipation
You’re so insightful! I love these type of videos
This video is so helpful.
which probiotic did you use? thx for this vid!!
Which probiotic is best plz tell
So now do you no longer have IBS and now can you head onion garlic etc... and what probiotics did you take to help ? x
please film a glam makeup tutorial 🦋
Coming up very soon!!
I eat mangos every week though ... nooooo😭
Luckly, don't have big issues but I do bloat from time to time even though I eat "healthy and clean". But now I understand more what probably causes bloating sometimes. I will use this advice in my diet. Thank you for sharing :)
I will d o this I hate ibs/bloat
Hey,do u only got bloating or growling too
i love this!!! thanks hunnyyyy
